Title: Current Technology Article on Ethics:
Ethics of Photo shopped and Digital Manipulations
How todays technology can make us belief anything we see, or literally do anything we
want with image. He gave example that a true color can be changed to false color. Also the first
invention of photography was trusted and believed its portrayed reality and truth by people.
But later, the fake manipulation photographs began and circulating after the invention. He cited
the example of Daquila family photograph by A. Werner and son that thought its real, but not.
Ethics as defined in the article are a set of rules that we invent that define what we think is good
and bad. He belief that the purpose of manipulation is done with the intent to deceive the
viewer, as such when two separate photos of John Kerry and Jane Fonda were put together for
political purpose. He clarify that with the invention of motion picture, and television, the public
came to know that not every picture we saw was necessary factual in its depletion of reality
(Lodriguses Jerry).
Two Additional articles on legal ethics on photo shop from Google and Yahoo
A California lawyer apparently photo shopped her image into pictures of celebrities, and she
posted them on her website which later generated a lot of controversies. It has resulted into her
bar probe.

There are difference in the article of the internet and the journal regarding to; ease of
access, timeliness, and the authority. Firstly, the article in the journal data base is easier to
access than the internet especially, when you know the right key words or title to search.
However, when you dont know the title, or you just want to search freely its better to use the
internet. Secondly, its easier to find the current articles in the internet than journal while the old
article will be will be easier with the journal data base especially, if someone has the right words
to use. Finally, anybody can present any article on the internet without formal authority, unlike
in the journal, the authority to the article must have being edited properly before approved out
for publication.
