CONCLUSION

Industrial Training JUPEM is very important to the student of Geomatics Science

because it exposed them to the real work environment of surveying. This coorperation
between JUPEM and UiTM is very successful to make the student increase their knowledge
and give motivation to them. It also gives a lot of information about functions of JUPEM by
learning the flow work stage of JUPEM. Student also can learn the new thing like eCadaster.
During this practical training, I have exposed about sections under department which
is PU unit, JUD unit, Multipurpose unit and PDUSSM unit. By learning from those unit I
understand about the process of producing a Certified Plan. All procedure in each section is
very effective, east and efficient by using the eCadaster. I also exposed to the latest
equipment and software that used by JUPEM.
This Industrial Training improved me a lot. It also gives me motivation to become a
surveyor in the future. I am glad to finished this practical successfully and got a lot of
knowledge. Hopefully I can succeed this practical subject with a good grade. Insha- Allah.
















COMMENT
Jabatan Ukur & Pemetaan Malaysia (JUPEM) industrial training very good the
platform to expose student about real situation in work although we just placed for
several weeks
PU that we got is enough so all students can do the work at this section even we
receive it too late.
For eCRM field work, we got no files to do. We just learning it from the surveyor at
the site just for one day ( supposely 5 days).
For eTSM field work, we got a lot of files to do and the 5 days was well spent.
In Multipurpose and PDUSSM unit, not all students got an opportunity to do it
themselves and we cannot give attention because we only got 1 file for 7 persons for
this job.
Student always do nothing because of no direction from JUPEM.














SUGGESTION
UiTM and state JUPEM should be more coorperative to give students more works.
JUPEM should hires a lot of staff worker to teach student for this practical.
JUPEM should ready a lot of files so the student can do the job themselves.
JUPEM PERLIS should allow the student to park their transportation inside the
building.
