Reaction paper in Lesson 6: principles for an excellent leadership

Lesson 6 is all about the principles for an excellent leadership. When I scan my
dictionary to know the precise meaning of the word excellent I found out that it is
synonymous with being exceptional. It means that in order to be excellent, we should
leave a mark or a trace that will make us distinguish from the others. This lesson
suggests that in order to be exceptional, we should learn to grow in Christ. The first
point of the session is that an effective leadership is synonymous with excellent
leadership. We could become outstanding if we maintain a relationship with God. I
learned that maintaining an intimate bond with Christ requires prayer, devotion and
fellowship. By filling ourselves with his words and principles could make us stronger
spiritually. This lesson also points out that we should not accept failure and let it close
the doors of opportunities that God opened up or us. Remember that we are the
children of God, our past is not important because He created future that was best for
us. The second point is the principles of excellence:
