Experience and key achievements
2014 Practicum: Carranballac College, Point Cook generalist classroom, year 9.
Within this role I taught all English and History classes as well as assisting in Maths classes for four
weeks. During this month I witnessed a great improvement in my students behaviour, engagement in
learning, literacy skills and social interactions.
2014 Practicum: Point Cook Senior Secondary College teaching Textiles/ Design Technology to years 7-
12 for 6 weeks. I have developed effective strategies for teaching the arts and have collected useful
resources and project ideas for all high school year levels.
