Committee Responsibilities:
Subcommittee and Focus Area Committee members research, recommend, and submit for
approval to the Steering Committee:
o Budgets - Costs needed to support Subcommittee and Focus Area Committee
assignments and responsibilities. Budgets are to be submitted prior to the May
Steering Committee meeting each year.
o Outcomes Event evaluations are used to measure work performed by
Subcommittees and Focus Area Committees.
o Program Plans An outline of plans for upcoming events and workshops.

Committee Chairs will serve a two-year term, with the opportunity to serve one additional
one-year term
