On behalf of the members of the Southeast Region and Epsilon Tau Chapter, Atlanta, Georgia, it is a privilege to invite you
to the 48th Southeast Regional Conference in Atlanta. All effort is being made in
preparation for your arrival.
As I come to the close of my tenure as Regional Director of the Mighty Southeast Region, it is with extreme pride that I
welcome you to an awesome regional conference that will be an invigorating and enlightening experience as the members of
this Great Region come together to celebrate another year of true
sisterhood and to create a better understanding of our Y.E.S. program for the success and growth of our sorority. This
conference will prove not only to be educational, but stimulating, memorable, and fun.
The members of Epsilon Tau Chapter are stepping high to assure that you enjoy every minute of the conference and its
many activities; therefore, your presence is enthusiastically requested and expected on Thursday, April 9, 2015 through
Sunday, April 12, 2015. I know that you will want to participate in the professional development workshops. These
workshops are relevant and designed to enhance the teaching and learning in the Common Core. era.
Get Ready, Be Ready, and Be There! This years theme is: Southeast Region -Too Important to be Ordinary:

Dear National Officers, Regional Officers, Basilei and Sorors:


It is with great pleasure and anticipation that I take this golden opportunity to extend to you
this invitation to attend our 48th Southeast Regional Conference to be held in Atlanta, GA-home of the Atlanta Falcons, the new Human and Civil Rights Museum, the Martin Luther King
Jr. Historical sites, the Georgia Aquarium, the Coca Cola Museum and the Centennial Park. Our
Regional Conference will be held at the Marriott Renaissance Concourse Atlanta Airport Hotel,
One Hartsfield Centre Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30354, April 9-12, 2015.
On behalf of Epsilon Tau Chapter, we welcome you to the diverse city of Atlanta. We
encourage you to enjoy our historic sites, Peachtree Street, the various shopping malls (Lenox
Mall, Perimeter Mall and Phipps Plaza), Historic Auburn Avenue, fine restaurants, and the
Atlanta Zoo. We are planning workshops that will invigorate and stimulate you, while
enhancing your intellectual (gray cells) being, as well. We encourage you to attend our
workshops, visit our educational exhibits and vendors.

anticipating your visit and working tirelessly to make your visit with us a grand and memorable

CANCELLATION REQUEST POLICY
All Registration Fees paid on or before the deadline are refundable, less a 30% cancellation fee, until February
27, 2015. After March 13, 2015, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. All
cancellation requests for reimbursed funds will be considered approximately 90 days after the conclusion of
the Southeast Regional Conference.
Emergency cancellation requests will be reviewed individually when accompanied by proper documentation
from the Chapter Basileus.
REGISTRATION TRANSFER POLICY
The Registration Fee will be transferred only with a written request from the Chapter Basileus and Chapter
Tamiouchos at the beginning of the conference.
EXTRA TICKETS
Only registered sorors may purchase extra tickets for persons who are not members of the National Sorority
of Phi Delta Kappa, Incorporated. Early Bird - $35 Breakfast - $25

Hotel in Atlanta, Georgia. I agree to pay the sum of $200.00 and will abide by the regulations set forth by the National
Sorority of Phi Delta Kappa, Inc.

Cancellation of Contract:
The National Sorority of Phi Delta Kappa, Inc., Southeast Region reserves the right to cancel a contract at any time prior
to or during the Southeast Regional Conference, should the exhibiting program fail to adhere to the rules and
regulations set forth in the contract.
Any exhibitor canceling booth space after March; 30, 2015 shall be assessed the entire fee. If the cancellation occurs
prior to March 30, 2015, a service charge of one-half the original fee will be assessed. All cancellation requests must be
in writing.
Exhibitor must agree not to deface or mar any hotel property. The exhibitor shall not tack, nail, screw, paste or
otherwise affix materials to doors, walls, columns, floors, or other parts of the building or furniture.
Security:
The Marriott Renaissance Concourse Atlanta Airport Hotel has a security staff; however, exhibitors should take
precautionary measures of their own to secure their property such as the removal of valuable items to a place of safe
keeping after exhibit hour. The hotel does not provide storage for your items.
It is mutually agreed that it is the responsibility of the exhibitor to arrange for the installation of his/her exhibit before
the opening of the conference and for the dismantling immediately after the conference closes.
These regulations have been formulated in the best interest of all concerned parties and become a part of the contract
between the National Sorority of Phi Delta Kappa, Inc., Southeast Region.
All points not covered in this contract are subject to the decision of the National Sorority of Phi Delta Kappa, Inc.,
Southeast Region, Host Chapter and Conference Coordinators.

At the 48th Southeast Regional Conference. The fee for one 6 unskirted table with cloths and two chairs is
$200.00. This fee covers two days from 8:00 a.m. 11:00 p.m. including set-up and dismantling time,
beginning Friday, April 10, 2015 at 9:30 a.m. An additional table or space equivalent of 6 is $50.00. No
displays are to be nailed, hanged or attached to the hotel wall.
I understand that vendors are responsible for the security of their displays and should clear table/displays
daily by 11:00 p.m.
A certified check of $200.00 made payable to the National Sorority of Phi Delta Kappa, Inc., Southeast
Region is enclosed.

It is our prayer that all has been well with you and your chapter. As the new year
approaches, we are preparing for the Men in Your Lives. We are nearing our
31st Southeast Region Anthropos Conference to be held April 9-12, 2015 and
hosted by Epsilon Tau Chapter in Atlanta, Georgia. Our Program Committee is
planning activities that hopefully will be enjoyed by our fellow Anthropos.
