During my Health Care System Administration internships at Ferris, I learned many
different communication, management, leadership, and group work skills that enable me
to be a great nurse. Throughout this internship, I helped to create a fully functioning
budget at a local hospital. During my clinical practice at Ferris I had hands-on experience
in a variety of health care settings. This experience helped me have personal experience
with patient interaction, hospital computer systems, and medicine distributions.
