1. CHO C CHP gip an thai v mi b hng
Nguyn liu:
- 1 con c chp cn sng khong 0,5kg
- Go t 1/3 bt n cm
- 1 nm go np
- Gia v, m chnh, ht nm Knorr
- 4 c hnh kh
- L ngi ti
- Rau mi ta, th l
Ch bin:
- C chp ra s qua (khng c ra ht nht ca c), khng c m trnh lm mt mu c
(mu c chp rt b cho b bu), ra sch khu vc mang c
- Luc c n khi nc si, ht bt cho trong nc, h la cho liu riu khong 40 cho c chn u
th vt ra, g ly tht c, bp nhuyn.
- Nc luc c lng, gn ly nc trong, un si cho t gia v ri cho go np, go t vo nu
thnh cho. Ch nc si cho go vo i nc si li th h la nc b nht, khng c
ngoy th cho s t chn m khng b kh. Hm go khong 1h l chn.

- Ln khng c m m ch ra sch nht, luc chn, g ly tht v cc mu trong bng ln

(cc mu ny l th b nht ca con ln), phi thm hnh kh bm nh ri xo tht ln nn,

gi nhuyn, gim, bt ngt, ng ha thnh nc gia v. Sau , ri ln tht g.

14. CM NU NC TRI CY THP CM:

c, 25g ht o nghin vn, 15g st c chua, 15g bt ng.
Cch ch bin:
Go vo sch, thm sa b v lng nc thch hp vo nu thnh cm nho, ri cho lng
ng thch hp vo trn u.
St c chua, to, mt to, da, nho kh, m xanh, ht o tt c cho vo ni, thm ng,
lng nc thch hp vo, nu si, dng bt nng hay bt bp trn u, ch thnh sa t thp
cm.
Cm cho vo trong bt, p vo trong a ln, ri sa t thp cm ln.
15. CHO THP CM:

16. CHO C RT:

- Go vo sch, ngm 2 gi, vt ra ro, c rt ra sch, b v, ct thnh hnh qun c nh.

100g rau chn vt, 50g tht bm, 100g go, 40g m, 50g ru go, mt t mui.
Cch ch bin:

18. CANH G HT SEN:
Nu thai ph thng b sinh non, khi mang thai c hin tng khng mun n, au lng
hoc bng di tr xung, nng n, c th n loi canh ny b mu, an thai.
Nguyn liu:
1 con g, 2 lt gng, 12 g ht sen kh, 12g xuyn tc on, 18g dy t hng, 18g a giao, mt
lng mui thch hp.
Cch ch bin:
- G ra sch, trn qua nc si vi pht, sau hm cch thy.
- Ht sen kh, xuyn tc on, dy t hng cho vo trong ti vi buc cht, b vo ni snh nu
30 pht.

19. CANH LNG TRNG G NU BNG CI

Cch ch bin:
Bng ci ra sch, ct nh cho vo ni nu si, ra li nc lnh, cho vo bt.
Trng g luc chn, lng trng ct si, lng nh nhuyn.

20. CANH CHUA CAY:

hoa tiu, 20g du m, 25g hnh ct nh, 500g nc luc hay nc dng, 30g du thc vt, bt
nng hoc bt bp ha nc, x du, tiu bt, gim, bt ngt, mi th mt lng thch hp.
Cch ch bin:
u ph, tht heo luc, mc nh, mng kh trng ct si, trn qua nc si.
un nng du, cho hnh vo phi, thm nc luc, cho 4 loi nguyn liu ct sn cng rau
chn vt vo.
Khi si nm bt ngt, x du, ly trng g nh tan vo t t.
Sau khi tt la cho gim, du hoa tiu, du m, rau mi vo.
21. G NU LC RANG:

mi th lng thch hp.
Cch ch bin:
Tht g thi ming va n, thm mui, bt nng hoc bt bp ha nc vo trn u ring.

Nguyn liu:
200g trng g, 50g u H Lan non, 50g c nng, 30g jambon chn, 300g cnh g, 40g du thc
vt, 30g ru gia v; bt nng hoc bt bp, bt ngt, mui, mi th mt lng thch hp.

Cch ch bin:
u H Lan non nht, ra sch, trn s nc si, ngui; jambon ct nhuyn, c nng b v,
ct ming va n, mui, ru gia v, bt nng hoc bt bp, canh g vo cng ri nh u.
un du tht nng, cho dung dch trng nh vo xo nhanh.
Khi mn n c dng h, thm bt ngt.
Sau tt c ra a, ri jambon, u H Lan non ln.
23. TRNG CT MC NH TRNG:
c im v thnh phn dinh dng: Mc nh trng gin, canh trng thm. Mc nh trng
c cng hiu b m, ra m hi, ngng ho, b d dy, b phi, b no; trng ct b kh,
li mu, thn th khe mnh, b no, h m, h huyt p, 2 loi ny hp li c tc dng
bi b c th thi k mi mang thai, c li cho s pht trin ca thai nhi.
Nguyn liu:
20g mc nh trng, 250g trng ct, 15g ng phn.
Cch ch bin:
- Mc nh trng ngm nc, lt b cung, cho vo bt, nc sch vo, em hp. Trng ct
luc chn, bc v.
- Cho nc sch, ng phn vo ni nu si, sau khi ng phn tan ht cho mc nh trng,
trng ct vo, vt b bt l c th dng.
24. Tht b XO DA CHUA:
c im v thnh phn dinh dng: Chua, gin, ngon ming, c th kch thch s thm
n. Tht b mm thm, giu dinh dng. Ph n thi k mi mang thai n c th thu
c cht dinh dng ton din, nht l c li cho s pht trin cc c quan nh: h
thn kinh, xng ca thai nhi.
Nguyn liu:
250g tht b, 250g da chua, 50g du thc vt; ng, x du, bt nng hoc bt bp nc,
mui, mi th lng thch hp.
Cch ch bin:
-Tht b ra sch, bm nhuyn, thm x du, bt nng hoc bt bp v du vo trn u.
-Da chua ra sch, vt ht nc, ct nh sn.
-Cho du vo trong cho, nu nng ln, cho tht b vo xo chn, vt ra a.
-Cho du vo cho un nn, cho da chua vo xo, thm ng v mt t mui. Cho tht b vo
trn u.
25. Trng g 2 qu, ngi cu 20g.
Cch ch bin: L ngi cu ra sch, trng g luc chn bc b v, hai th cho vo ni, cho
nc, un to la cho si ri dng la nh un tip chng 1-2 gi l c, cho thm gia v, n
trong ngy, dng lin tc 7-8 ngy.
Mn n ny c tc dng n kinh an thai, dng thch hp cho nhng thai ph c cc biu hin ca

chng h hn nh sc mt nht nht, s lnh, chn tay lnh, lng au gi mi, hay c cm gic
kh th v hi hp trng ngc, ming nht, chn n, i tin lng long, tiu tin trong di, cht
li nht, d sy thai, m o ra huyt lng t sc nht... Nhng trng hp ng thai th
huyt nhit th khng nn dng bi ny.
26. Tht b 250g, ng sm 30g, hong tinh 15g, gng ti 4 lt.
Cch ch bin: Chn loi tht b ti mm ra sch, thi ming; Cc v thuc ra sch. Tt c
cho vo ni, cho nc, dng la to un si ri tip tc hm nh bng la nh chng 2-3 gi
l c, cho thm gia v, chia n vi ln trong ngy.
Tc dng: B kh kin t, dng huyt an thai. Dng thch hp cho thai ph b huyt h biu hin
bng cc triu chng nh hay hoa mt chng mt, hi hp trng ngc, mt mi, ng km hay
m, sc mt nht nht, cht li nht, thai nhi chm pht trin... Nhng thai ph ang b st do
ngoi cm hoc i lng l do thp nhit th khng c dng.
27. C dic 2 con, l ta t 15g, sa nhn 6g, gng ti 6 lt.
Cch ch bin: L ta t, sa nhn v gng ti ra sch, c dic m bng, b ht ni tng, ra
sch. Tt c cho vo ni, cho nc, dng la nh hm tht k khong 2-3 gi l c, ch
thm gia v, chia n vi ln trong ngy.
Tc dng: Kin t hnh kh, ha v ch u. Dng thch hp cho thai ph t h kh tr m nn v
bun nn nhiu, n km, chm tiu/to bn, ngc bng y chng, mt mi, i tin lng nt,
tiu tin trong di, cht li nht...
28. C chp mt con 250g, gng mt lt, go np 200g.
Cch ch bin: C luc chn tm ru ri cho lt gng vo cho nh.
Mn n c tc dng an thai, b kh huyt, n t v, tr mi mt, thiu mu, li sa. Hoc c chp
nguyn vy mt con 500g, nu cng 150g u cho nh n ci v nc. Tc dng an
thai b mu, li tiu tiu thng.

Thc hin:
- Ngnh c hi ra sch, ro nc Bng b, bng so a ra sch, ro. Tha l, bng h
b gc, ra sch, ct khc

- L giang nht ly l non, ra sch, v nt. t sng b ht, xt lt Nu si 0,5 lt nc, cho
ngnh c hi vo nu, vt bt cho nc trong
- C chn cho cc loi bng v l giang vo, nm ng, mui, ht nm, nc mm va n,
nc si li tt bp Mc canh ra t, cho tha l v t ln. Dng nng vi nc mm t.
30. CHO C KHOAI LANG:
