Commendations (Parent Survey 2014)
"Mr. Adams maintains a consistency and unflappability while keeping pace with students' needs and interests in

this rapidly expanding field; technology."

I was talking to Nolan the other day and he wanted me to convey a message to you. He wanted you to know that
he feels the most valuable thing he learned at AMS was from you. He said that you taught him how to research on the
computer in a way that really helps him in his academic endeavors to this day. He is a Junior in high school and is
finishing school in an Independent Study program which is predominantly inquiry based.
The way in which you taught him to research information on the web has helped him on numerous occasions
whether it was for an assignment or in helping him determine what career path he should be on to meet his goal of
becoming involved with sustainable agriculture. Chris, Nolan, and I would all like to thank you for being such an inspiration
in his continued learning! - Amy
" I let my child handle this issue directly with Mr. Adams and it was resolved to our satisfaction. That tells me
that Mr. Adams wants the students to take responsibility and wants them to learn that he will not tolerate poor behavior.
Good lessons."
