BUSINESS RESEARCH PROJECT PROPOSAL BUYING YOUR FIRST HOME

Overview
Want to pay off your 30 year loan in 15 years and save yourself around 120,000 dollars
in interest while paying for the 200,000 dollar home you just bought? This along with
many other things is what I want to learn about and teach not only business
communication students but everyone that is looking to buy a home for the first time. I
know there is information out there that will save us millions, and in the process earn us
about the same. Life has a lot to do with experience, what better opportunity to get
experience then by talking with real people that deal with helping people purchase their
first home. Im currently taking real estate classes and let me tell you there is a lot to
learn in the trade. So before we take the big steps in doing so I want us to learn the right
way to find the right place we will want call home. This project will give access to the
following information for the consumers.

Average consumer will know the steps to buying a home.

Will have tables and equations to help them solve for estimates and values.
See up-to-date laws and regulations on owning a home.
Comparisons on different home-buyers experiences.

We will do all this research by contacting different agencies. We will also look things up
online for detailed analysis of past buying trends. Speak with agencies and businesses
that are currently helping first home buyers and interview them with the questions we
produce.
