Bi c v chua, tnh lnh, lm cho th thi, tr nn nghn, bing n, tch ru. V bi

Bi lm thuc
Mi bi: V ngt chua, tnh hn. Dng gi ru, cm nn nghn.
V bi: V ng ngt, tnh m. Gim ho long m, iu kh gim au. V bi o hay
dng lm thuc hn (li tiu tiu ph). Bp tinh du cha rng tc, hi u.
Ht bi: V ng, tnh m, cha n khng tiu.
Hoa bi: Thm ngt lm hng liu gip tiu ha tt.
Theo Tu Tnh, bi c v chua, tnh lnh, lm cho th thi, tr nn nghn, bing n, tch
ru. V bi tnh v ng, cay, thng li, tr m, ha thp, ha huyt, gim au, tiu
ph (b ci trng sao vng).
- Cha au d dy: lm nc pectin t ht bi nh ni trn ung.

- au bng n khng tiu: v bi sao vng 4 -12g, sc ly nc ung.

xenlulo, 69mg canxi, 28mg photpho, 1,6mg st, nhiu it v vitamin C. Cy c hot cht
gi l senevol v tinh du, t l tinh du khong 0,05%.
Ci xoong c nhiu cht dinh dng, vitamin v c bit l hot cht senevol, it cha
c bnh.

Ci xoong c dng n sng (trn du gim), n ti, xo ti, nu canh vi tht nc.
Ngoi gi tr n ung, ci xoong cn c dng lm thuc cha ho, vim ph qun mn
tnh, phng v cha bu c, cha chng chy mu chn rng v bnh scorbut (mt bnh
do thiu vitamin C).

Mt s bi thuc dng rau ci
Cha cm mo: dng r ci tha 50g - ra sch, gt b v ngoi, thi lt, ng 30g,
sc nc ung trong ngy (Theo T thc ph ha trung tho dc phng).
Cha ho g: dng r ci tha 2 ci, ng phn 30g, sc nc ung trong ngy (T thc
ph ha trung tho dc phng).

Vim ph qun, suyn th: dng ht ci canh (sao) 3 - 6g, ht c ci (sao) 6 -9g, v qut
6g, cam tho 6g, sc nc ung (T thc ph ha trung tho dc phng).
Cha vim lot chn rng: dng rau ci canh thiu tn tnh, nghin thnh bt mn, ngy
bi vo chn rng 3 - 4 ln (Thc vt dc dng ch nam).
Xut huyt do vim lot ng tiu ha: dng c cy ci tha gi vt ly nc, hm cho
m m, ngy ung 2 ln trc ba n, mi ln mt chn (khong 30ml) (T thc ph ha
trung tho dc phng).
Cha vim lot khoang ming, vim li: dng r ci tha gt b v gi ngoi, thi lt,
sao nh la cho vng thm, tn thnh bt mn, cho vo l nt kn dng dn. Mi ngy ly
bt thuc bi vo ch b bnh 2 - 3 ln. th nghim iu tr 100 ca, kt qu rt tt:
thng thng sau 3 - 4 ngy l khi bnh. i vi trng hp vt lot trong khoang
ming n su cn bi thuc nhiu ngy hn (T thc ph ha trung tho dc
phng).
Kit l ra mu, bng au, bn chn: dng ci b c cy, ra sch, gi vt ly 2 chn nc,
ha thm 1 chn mt ong vo, hm nng ung (Ph t phng).
Cha vim thn: dng rau ci canh ti 150g (kh 50g), ngp nc, un si, gi nh
la 25 pht, sau p 1 qu trng g vo, trn u, sau khi canh chn thm cht mui;
Mi ngy n mt ln sau ba cm tra, lin tc trong nhiu ngy, hoc c th dng ci
canh kh sc nc ung thay tr (Thc vt dc dng ch nam).
Hnh kinh au bng do huyt : dng ht ci b 9g, hng hoa 9g, din h sch 9g, an
sm 15g, xch thc 12g, hng ph 12g sc nc ung (T thc ph ha trung tho
dc phng).
Sn hu au bng do huyt : dng ht ci b (sao) 6g, ng quy 9g, qu 4,5g; sc nc
ung (T thc ph ha trung tho dc phng).
Cha sn mu hi ra khng ngng, bng ngc au nhi: dng ht ci b (sao), qu - hai
v liu lng bng nhau, tn thnh bt mn, dng gim nu vi bt m thnh h, trn vi
bt thuc lm thnh vin to bng ht nhn. Ngy ung 2 - 3 ln, mi ln ung 1 - 2 vin,
chiu thuc bng ru m (T thc ph ha trung tho dc phng).
Cha sn hu chng mt: dng ht ci b, sinh a (kh) - hai th liu lng bng nhau;
tn thnh bt mn. Mi ln dng 6g bt thuc, gng ti 7 lt, ru, ng tin v nc mi th na chn, sc cn cn 7 phn ung (n th hi thng tin phng).
Ph n sau khi sinh t sa: dng ci b c cy, gi p ln v (Nht dng bn tho).
Cha ung thng, hu bi, nht mc c: dng l ci b sc nc ung hoc nu thnh
cc mn n. Cng c th dng giy m bc ci b, h nng, chm ln ch b nht V
thuc t cy sim.

Nhiu ngi khng khi trm tr trc sc tm bic ca hoa sim nhng t ai bit n
nhng cng dng cha bnh tuyt vi ca chng.
Mn qu do thin nhin ban tng
Cy sim rng l mt loi thuc qu, quen thuc trong nhiu bi thuc dn gian.
Sim rng thuc h myrtaceae, c chia lm hai loi: hng sim v tiu sim. Loi hng
sim cho hoa mu , qu tm, tiu sim cho hoa mu trng, qu en.
Cy sim cao t mt n hai mt, mc ti nhng vng t hoang d, cao t 10
1.500m. Vit Nam, sim rng ch yu mc vng rng ni hoc hi o nh Ph
Quc, Cn o, L Sn v Hn Gai.
Nhiu ngi thng nhm sim rng vi loi hoa mua. Tuy nhin khi nhn k, bn s thy
l cy sim c hnh bu dc, di t 3 n 6cm, mc i nhau trn thn cy. Qu sim khi
chn c mu hng tm thm hoc sm en, trn v qu c mt lp lng trng mn nh t.
Khi n, qu cho v cht, ngt, nn thng c dng lm thc phm gii kht cho ngi
i ng.

Loi cy cho li ch t gc n ngn


Theo ti liu ng y, cy sim rng cha kh nhiu cht sc. Loi cht ny c cha nhiu
pelargonidin dng lm mu nhum t nhin trong ch bin thc phm.
Bn cnh nhng sn phm t sim rng nh tr hoa sim, ru, mt, xi-r... ngi ta cn
chit xut phn tinh cht t thn cy sim ch bin thnh cc loi m phm nh nc

phm, cc b phn ca cy sim rng, t thn, l, r n qu, hoa cn l nhng b thuc tt

cng dng tuyt vi ca chng. Hoa sim, d mu tm hay trng, u cha nhiu cht
tannin, a-xt nicotinic, riboflavin (vitamin B2), flavonoic. Ngoi tc dng st khun, cc
cht ny cn c tc dng chng -xy ha v trung ha cc gc t do trong c th.
Chnh v vy, hoa sim ngm nc c th dng v sinh cc vt lot. Ngoi ra, bn c
th ly l sim sc thnh nc ra vt thng, v try xc. Hoc bn c th ra sch
l sim ti, gi nt, p vo v thng gip cm mu v mau lnh da.
Bn cng c th dng bp sim sc ly nc ung, cha bnh tiu chy hoc ri lon tiu
ha kh hiu qu.
Bn cnh , l sim cha nhiu cht ellagi tannim, khi kt hp vi cc cht t hoa, qu
sim to thnh mt loi thuc cha tr bnh vim gan kh tt.
Cht rhdomyrtone trong l sim c vai tr nh mt cht khng sinh, gip chng li s xm
nhp ca cc vi khun nguy him nh escherichia coli v staphylococcus aureus. y l

Bt ng v thuc cha bnh t khoai ty
Khoai ty khng ch l thc phm ngon ming, b dng m cn c s dng nh v
thuc tr ng c thc phm, tr bng nc, cm lnh, ho do thi tit...
Tn khoa hc Solanum tuberosumeae. nc ta, khoai ty trng ph bin ti Lt,
Bc Giang... Tuy nhin, khoai ty Vit Nam khng to c nh khoai Trung Quc, chu u.
Khoai ty l thc phm giu cht dinh dng nh: tinh bt, ng, vitamin, khong cht
giu vi lng v ng.

Mt khc, khoai ty cng c cc nh bo ch thuc trch xut hot cht ch bin


dc liu cha mt s bnh. Duy mt iu, khi ch bin khoai ty lm thuc, cc nh
nghin cu y hc phi loi b cht c solanin l mt alkaloid, thng tch t rut
khoai t 4-7mg/100gr, v t 30-50mg/100gr, nhiu nht l mm t 420-730mg/100gr.
Khi n khoai ty khng b mm v chn mm, ngi ng c s b ri lon d dy, tiu
ra mu, nn i, dn n gin ng t, lit nh t chi v t vong nu h thn kinh trung
ng b t lit.
Ngoi ra, gn y, cc nh ng y cn pht hin, khoai ty cha c t glycoalkaloids
phn mu xanh trong tht khoai v phn ung thi nu khng ct b khi s dng. c t
ny to v ng v gy nhc u, hoa mt, nn ma, kch ngt.
D vy, khoai ty vn l v thuc cha nhiu bnh nh:
- Khi lao ng mt, tim mch p dn dp, u chong: Ch cn nng 1 c khoai nng

- Khi ng c thc phm: Chn 1 c khoai ty 30-50gr, gt b v, n sng vi mui tiu.
- Tr b bng nc si t 60 C: Xt lt 2 c khoai ty sng (b v, vng xanh) p ln
ch phng. Sau a i cha tr.
- Ngi cao tui cm lnh, ho khc khc, tr ho thi tit: Nng c khoai t 25-50gr (b
v) chy en. n vi 1 mung mt ong s ht ho.
Ring cht c solanin mm khoai ty c s dng lm thuc chng d ng hi sn,
tht b rt hiu qu (cn phi c ch nh ca lng y).

C nh ni cha vim hng


Nh ni l mt v thuc va d kim v rt hu ch trong vic cha vim hng, st cao,
c th suy nhc
Theo ng y, c nh ni khng c, c v chua, ngt, tnh hn, c tc dng lng huyt,
cm mu, b thn, ch m, thng dng cha tr can thn m h, cc chng huyt nhit,
st cao, chy mu cam, m ay...
Cha chy mu cam: C nh ni 20g, hoa ho sao en 20g, 16g cam tho t, sc ly
nc ung mi ngy mt thang.
Cha vim hng: C nh ni v b cng anh mi v 20g, 12g c r qut, 16g kim ngn
hoa, 16g cam tho t, sc ly nc ung. Ung mi ngy mt thang. Dng trong 3 - 5
ngy.
Cha st cao: C nh ni, si t, c sn dy mi v 20g, 16g cy ci xay, 12g k u
nga, 16g cam tho t, sc ly nc ung mi ngy mt thang.

Cha m ay: Nh ni, rau dip c, l xng sng, l huyt d, l kh, l da chut, l
nhi gi nt, cho nc vo ri vt ly nc ung. B cn li dng xoa, p vo ch
sng.
Cha st pht ban: C nh ni 60g. Sc ung ngy mt thang, chia 2 - 4 ln ung trong
ngy.
Cha c th suy nhc, thiu mu, n khng ngon: C nh ni, mn tru mi v 100g,
gng kh 50g, cc v cht nh sao s, kh th, vo 3 chn nc da ti, nu cn 8
phn, ung ngy 2 ln.

Cha bch bin: Nh ni 30g, sa uyn t 15g, h th 30g, bch ch 12g, ng quy
10g, xch thc 10g, an sm 15g, ng sm 15g, bch trut 10g, thin thoi 6g cc v
ra sch em sc ung ngy mt thang, mi t ung 15 ngy. Cng dng: c nh ni,
ng quy, h th , ng sm, bch trut c tc dng b kh dng huyt, kin t ho ,
t b can thn; bch ch, thin thoi c tc dng tn phong tr thp, sinh c da, nhun sc
da; an sm, xch thc c tc dng hot huyt thng lc, kh sinh tn, ch yu nhm
ci thin tun hon huyt dch.
Tr eczema tr em: C nh ni 50g, sc ly nc c c, bi ch au. Thng 2 - 3
ngy sau l dch r gim r rng, ng vy, nga, khong mt tun l khi. Theo y hc
c truyn, eczema tr em thuc phm tr thai lim sang, ch yu do thp nhit ni un,
pht ra ngoi da, cha bng c nh ni da khng b kch ng.
Cha gan nhim m: C nh ni 30g, n trinh t 20g, trch t 15g, ng quy 15g.
Trng hp gan nhim m do nghin ru th thm: Ct cn 30g, ch c t (ht khng
khng) 15g, b cng anh 15g; Ngi bo ph dn n gan nhim m th thm: i hong
6g, l sen 15g. Sc ly nc ung, mi ngy mt thang.
B sung u bp khe ton din
Cc thnh phn dinh dng trong u bp u cao hn cc loi rau qu c ni chung, c
bit l cc vi cht nh: canxi, kali, vitamin B6, ma gi, folate v axit alpha - linolenic.
Thuc loi thc phm giu protein, nhiu dinh dng, khng c cholesterol, u bp lun
c mt trong thc n gim bo, gip c th bi tr c t, bo v sc khe, lm p da.
Cc thnh phn dinh dng trong u bp u cao hn cc loi rau qu c ni chung, c
bit l cc vi cht nh: canxi, kali, vitamin B6, ma gi, folate v axit alpha - linolenic.

1. Huyt p cao
* Ly 250g rau cn (c thn v l) chn s qua nc si, ct nh, gi nt (hay xay
nhuyn) vt nc ung. Ngy ung 2 ln, mi ln mt chn nh s c tc dng gim
huyt p, gii tr cm gic cng thng, kh chu.
* Ly mt lng rau cn ti va , ra sch, luc s nc si 1 2 pht, ly ra ct
on cho thm mui n, du vng, gim trn lm mn n.
* Ngm hai bn chn vo nc luc rau cn khi cn m.

* Rau cn 500g, luc, cho thm ng trng va , ung thay tr trong ngy.

2. Cholesterol trong huyt thanh cao


* Rau cn ti b r, ra bng nc un si ngui, gi nhuyn, p ly nc. Cho thm
lng mt ong hoc mt ma bng nc p rau cn, trn u ung. Ngy ung 3 ln,
mi ln 40ml.
* Rau cn 10 cy, ra sch gi nh, thm 10 qu to tu, un vi nc. Mi ngy 2 ln
ung, ung 15 20 ngy l mt t iu tr.
* Dng 120g rau cn (c r), ra sch, ct nh cho thm go va , nu cho, n thng
xuyn.

3. Tiu ng

Cha au nhc xng khp
Bi 1: Dng 5-10g l lt phi kh, hay 15-30g l ti, sc vi nc, chia 2-3 ln ung

Bi 2: L lt v r cc cy bi bung, vi voi, c xc, tt c u dng ti thi mng,
sao vng, liu lng bng nhau (khong 15g kh mi loi), sc vi 600ml nc, cn
200ml chia 3 ln ung trong ngy.
Bi 3: L lt 20g, thin nin kin 12g, gai tm xoong 16g, tt c sc vi 400ml, cn

Cha bnh ph khoa (cc vim nhim vng m o, nga, ra kh h): L lt 50g,
ngh 40g, phn chua 20g, nc ngp ln mt thuc 2 t ngn tay, un si, bt la gi
cho si ln tn 10-15 pht, cht ly 1 bt, gn ly nc trong dng ra m o. Phn cn
li tip tc un si dng xng hi vo m o, c th xng nhiu ln.
Cha m hi nhiu tay chn: Dng 30g l lt ti cho vo 1 lt nc nu si, cho
thm t mui, ngui dn dng ngm hai bn tay, hai bn chn thng xuyn trc khi
i ng ti.
Cha l: Ly 1 nm nh l lt, sc vi 300ml nc, dng ung.
Cha bnh t a bn tay: ng bo Mng c kinh nghim ly 1 nm tht to l lt,
ra sch, gi nt, vt ly 1 bt nc c, ung lm mt ln. Cn b cho vo ni un vi 3
bt nc, un si vi ln ri vt b ring. Khi nc m m th dng ra sch t a.
Lau kh ri ly b p ln, bng li. Ngy lm 1-2 ln, lin tc trong 5-7 ngy l khi.
Thuc hay t cy l hi
L hi cn c tn l nha am, du thng, tng t tho, la vi hoa, long mit tho, li
h....
y l cy tho sng nhiu nm, l mu xanh lc, khng cung, mc st nhau, dy, mm,
hnh 3 cnh, mp dy, c rng ca th.

Hoa n vo ma thu v h, mc thnh chm di mu vng lc, pht hng. Qu nang c


hnh bu dc, lc u c mu xanh, sau chuyn sang vng. Vit Nam, L hi thng
c trng lm cnh; l, hoa v r c dng lm thuc.
Khi b bng nh, ly l L hi ct tng on ri x mng, p vo da nha cy tip xc
vi ch bng, da s mt v lnh ngay. Cn nu b mn nga, d ng, c th ly nha L
hi bi trn tn thng sau khi ra bng nc nng, lm 3-4 ln.

- Tiu ng: L L hi 20g. Sc ung ngy mt thang (c th ung sng).

- Tiu c: L hi ti 20g gi nt, thm m qua t nhn 30 ht, ung trc ba n,


ngy 2 ln. C th dng hoa L hi 20 g nu vi tht heo n.
- Nn ra mu: Hoa L hi 20g, sc vi ru.
- Ho m: L hi 20g b v ngoi, ly nc ra sch cht dnh. Sc ung ngy mt
thang.
- Ho khc ra mu: Hoa L hi 12-20g kh, sc ung ngy mt thang.
- au u, chng mt: L hi 20g, hoa i 12g, l du 20 . Sc ung ngy mt thang, chia
2-3 ln.
- Tiu ha km: L hi 20g, bch trut 12g, cam tho 4g. Sc ung ngy mt thang, chia
2-3 ln.
- Vim lot t trng: L hi 20g, d cm 20g, ngh vng 12g (tn bt mn), cam tho 6g.

Cch ch: Cc v sao gin, tn vn, trn u bo qun trong hp kn trnh m. Ngy
dng 35-40g hm vi nc si vo m chuyn, sau 10 pht l c th dng c. Ung
dn trong ngy.

Cng dng: b trung ch kh, lm co bi tr, chng vim ch huyt. Trong bi: ng quy,
bch trut, l ng b t v, b trung chu; hoa he, c mc ch huyt v nhn trng; rau
dip c, cam tho, l inh lng tc dng b tr v iu ha cc v thuc. Nu tr cha
chy mu hoc chy mu t nn dng bi ny t 2-3 thng. ng thi iu chnh ch
n ung cho ph hp, dng nhng loi thc n nhiu cht x, chng to bn, chng d
ng.
Bi 2: Nhn trn, rau m, c mn tru, v u xanh, ng gia b, khng trut, cam tho,
ngn hoa mi v 200g (dc liu dng kh).

Rau m b gan, li mt
Cch ch: Cc v sao gin, tn vn, trn u bo qun trong hp kn trnh m. Ngy
dng 35-40g hm vi nc si vo m chuyn, sau 10 pht l c th dng c. Ung
thay tr trong ngy.
Cng dng: Nhun gan mt, li tiu ha, chng vim ch huyt, mt huyt. Bi ny ph
hp vi bnh nhn tr c tin s kit l, chc nng gan suy gim, vng da vng mt, au
tc hng sn, ri lon tiu ha...
Nhn trn, rau m: b gan li mt; c mn tru, v u xanh: c tr bnh tr; ngn hoa:
chng vim tiu c; khng trut, ng gia b: b t; cam tho c v ngt va b t va
iu ha cc v trong bi.
Vi bi ny, ngi bnh c th dng lin tc t 2 thng tr ln.
Bi 3: H lin chu, ngn hoa, l ng, ng quy, bch trut, huyt ng, to nhn, th
, cam tho, c mc, thng ma, si h, cc v lng bng nhau, mi ln ch bin nn ly
mi v t 150-200g.
Cch ch: ring to nhn (sao en), cc v khc sao gin tn vn trn u bo qun trong
bnh kn trnh m. Ngy dng 35-40g hm vi nc si vo m chuyn, sau 10 pht c
th dng c. Ung dn trong ngy.

Cng dng: Thng dng kh, i b kh huyt, chng vim tiu c, theo quan im
ng y: nguyn tc iu tr bnh tr bao gm: thng dng kh, chng vim, gim au,
ch huyt. Trong bi ng quy, bch trut, thng ma, si h: thng dng kh; huyt
ng, th , ng quy: b kh huyt.
Ngn hoa, h lin chu: chng vim tiu c, to nhn sao en cng vi cam tho, c
mc: dng tm an thn, ch huyt lng huyt. Bi ny thch hp vi bnh nhn tr b
bnh lu ngy, kh huyt lng h, th trng suy yu, cn c nng bi b nguyn
kh vi tinh thn "Nhn cng tt nhc".
Bi 4: Ng gia b 200g, c inh lng 200g, bch trut 200g, trn b 100g, sn tra 100g,
phng sm 240g, sn th 200g, bin u 200g, cam tho 200g, c mn tru 200g, ngn
hoa 200g, tho qu 100g.
Cch ch: Cc v sao gin, tn vn, trn u bo qun trong hp ln trnh m. Ngy dng
35-40g, hm vi nc si vo m chuyn, sau 10 pht c th dng c. Ung dn trong
ngy.
Cng dng: b t dng, ci thin tiu ha, chng vim, thng .
Bi ny ph hp vi bnh nhn tr, th trng h hn, hay b si bng i i tin lng, n
ung chm tiu, chn tay lnh, nim mc nht nht, dy da bng.
Bch trut, bin u, ng gia b, c inh lng, cam tho: b t, kin t, thng dng; c

Qu na ic (qu na ang ln b mt loi nm lm hng, kh xc, c mu nu tm)


dng tr mn nht v, cha ho, vim hng... Ngoi ra, trong dn gian cn dng ht na

Cha ho, vim hng: Qu na ic 50g, sinh a 50g, r x can 30g, nhn ht gc 20g, l
bc h 50g, cam tho dy 25g, l chanh 25g, l to 25g. Tt c phi kh, (ring qu na
ic t tn tnh), gi nh, tn bt, ry mn, ri trn vi 150g ng knh nu thnh
sir lm vin, mi vin 0,5g. Ngi ln ngy 6-8 vin, chia lm 2 ln; tr em ty tui
3-6 vin. Dng 3-5 ngy.
Cha st rt: Qu na ic 40g, giun t loi khoang c 80g, phn phi 20g. Qu na p v
vn, tm ru, sao vng. Giun t ln tri, ra sch, ty bng ru, phi kh, sao vng.
Hai th trn u vi phn phi, tn bt mn v luyn vi nc ti lm vin bng ht
xanh. Ngy ung hai ln, mi ln 10 vin. Hoc l na (20-30g), gi nh, ch thm nc
si vo vt ly mt bt nc ct, lc qua vi, phi sng, sng hm sau thm t ru
quy ung trc lc ln cn hai gi. Mi ngy ung mt ln, ung lin 5-7 ngy.

Mn n ngon - bi thuc b
Tn mn n - bi thuc thng gi n gin l trng vt ln, bao gm TVL 1-2 qu mi
luc cn nng v gia v: 5g gng ti thi ch, 5g rau rm ti ct nh v cht mui rang
tn nh, thng n vo ba im tm bui sng.
Cng nng, tnh v bi thuc trng vt ln: TVL l ch v, c tc dng: tu m, dng
huyt, ch tr, sng mt, gip c th mau tng trng. Rau rm l h tr c tc dng sng
mt, mnh chn gi, m bng. Gng ti l b sung, c tc dng kch thch tiu ha,

Cy rau dn c hai loi l: rau dn trng v rau dn , ngoi

ngy. Cng dng: s phong tn hn, tuyn thng ph kh, ch khi, c dng cha ho
do cm mo phong hn (ho do lnh), ting ho nng, khc m trng long, s lnh...
Bi 2: Hoa mp 12g ra sch, hm vi nc si trong bnh kn, sau chng 15 pht th
dng c, pha thm 20g mt ong, ung thay tr trong ngy, mi ngy dng 2 thang.
Cng dng: thanh nhit gii c, nhun ph ch khi, cha ho do cm mo phong nhit,
c st, kh th, tc ngc, khc m vng...
Bi 3: D cc hoa 30g, bch mao cn 30g, ng trng 30g. em d cc hoa v bch
mao cn hm vi nc si trong bnh kn, sau chng 15 pht th dng c, pha vi
ng trng ung thay tr trong ngy. Cng dng: thanh nhit gii c, li tiu tiu
thng, ch khi, dng cha ho do phong nhit.
Bi 4: Hoa qu kh 3g, v qut 10g. Hai th thi vn, hm vi nc si trong bnh kn,
sau 10 pht th dng c, ung thay tr trong ngy. Cng dng: to thp ha m, l kh
tn , ch khi, dng cha ho do m thp, ho v khc m nhiu, m sc trng hoc
trng xm.
Bi 5: Kim ngn hoa 30g sc vi 500ml nc trong 15 pht, sau b b ly nc, ha

thm 50g mt ong, chia ung nhiu ln trong ngy. Cng dng: thanh nhit gii c,
nhun ph ch khi, cha ho do ph to.
Bi 6: Hoa bch hp 30g, mt ong 50g. Hai th trn u ri em hp cch thy, chia n 2
ln trong ngy, 7 ngy l mt liu trnh. Cng dng: thanh nhit nhun ph, ho m ch
khi, dng cha chng ho c khc nhiu m.

Hoa bch hp
Bi 7: Hoa phng tin 30g, trng g 3 qu. em hai th luc chn, ly trng ra bc b
v ri li cho vo ni un tip chng 20 pht, khi c, n trng v ung nc luc.
Cng dng: t m nhun to, kh phong ch khi, dng cha ho v khi huyt.
Bi 8: Hoa mai kh 5g em hm vi nc si, ung thay tr trong ngy, mi ngy dng 2
ln. Cng dng: thanh nhit tn ut, thun kh ch khi, dng cha ho do m nhit.
Bi 9: Hoa mai kh 10g, khon ng hoa 10g, go t 60g, mt ong lng va . em
go nu thnh cho ri cho hoa mai v khon ng hoa tn thnh bt vo un thm 5
pht na, tip ho thm mt ong, chia n vi ln trong ngy. Cng dng: thanh nhit
nhun ph, ging kh ho m, ch khi, dng cha ho do phong nhit v m nhit.
Bi 10: Hoa sn tr 30g sy kh, tn bt ha u vi 250g mt ong, ng trong l kn
dng dn. Mi ngy ung 2 ln, mi ln 2 tha vi nc m. Cng dng: nhun ph h
kh, trn khi ha m, dng cha ho v khi huyt.
Bi 11: Hoa ph dung 50g, gan ln v gia v lng va . em hoa ph dung luc cng
gan ln, khi chn ly gan ln ra thi ming, b b hoa, ch gia v, n gan ln v ung
nc luc. Cng dng: b can dng huyt, thanh ph ch khi, dng cha chng ho
nhng ngi suy nhc c th. Cng c th dng hoa ph dung hm ung thay tr cng
vi ng phn.
Bi 12: Hoa cc bch nht (thin nht hng hoa) 100 - 150g, sy kh tn bt, ung mi
ngy 3 ln, mi ln 6g vi nc un si ngui. Cng dng: ch khi nh suyn, dng
cha ho c km theo kh th do co tht ph qun.

Bi 13: Khon ng hoa 15g, cc bch nht 15g, mt ong 250g. Hai th hoa em sy kh
tn bt ri ha vi mt ong, ng trong l kn dng dn. Mi ngy ung 3 ln, mi ln 2
tha vi nc m. Cng dng: nhun ph h kh, ch khi nh suyn, dng cha ho c
km theo kh th.
Hoa kim ngn
Bi 14: Hoa kim tc 500g, mt ong 500g. Hoa kim tc ra sch, em sc 3 ln, mi
ln trong 30 pht ri trn c 3 nc sc li, mt ong vo c li bng la nh thnh
dng cao c, ngui ri ng trong l kn dng dn. Mi ngy ung 3 ln, mi ln 1
tha vi nc m. Cng dng: t m nhun ph, ch khi, dng cha ho do ph h.

Hoa kim ngn


Bi 15: Hoa quyn 150g sy kh tn bt, mi ngy ung 3 ln, mi ln 10g vi nc
un si ngui. Cng dng: trn khi, ch khi, dng cha cc loi chng ho
Bi 16: Hoa u c 20g em hp vi ng phn lng va , chia ung vi ln
trong ngy. Cng c th kt hp hp thm vi l h 10g, ht chanh 10g. cha ho g
dng hoa u c 20g, trn b 20g, tang bch b tm mt 20g, bch b 12g, phn phi
10g, tt c sy kh tn bt tht mn. Tr em 1 - 5 tui mi ln ung 1 - 4g, 6 - 10 tui mi
ln ung 4 - 8g, mi ngy 3 ln.
Bi 17: Hoa dnh dnh (chi t hoa) 30g, trng g 3 qu. Hai th em luc, khi chn ly
trng g ra bc b v ri li cho vo un tip trong 30 pht, n trng v ung nc luc.

- Cha ho: R s, trn b, sinh khng, t t, mi v 250g (4 v ny gi nt, ngm ru
40oC va c 200ml); bch b b li, thi nh, sao kh 500g; mch mn b li
300g; tang bch b tm mt, sao vng 200g (3 v ny sc v c c li thnh 300ml cao
lng). trn ln cao lng v ru thuc. ngy ung 2-3 ln, mi ln 10ml.
Dng ngoi, r s thi nh, phi kh, tn bt trn vi phn phi ri bi cha lot li,
hi nch.

Nhn dn min sn cc thng ly nn s mui da n phng nga sn lam chng
kh, st rt ng nc. Ph n li ly l s nu nc gi u lm thm, sch gu, trn tc,
trnh nhng bnh v tc v da u. Nhn dn trng cy s quanh nh ngoi vn, xung
quanh nh v sinh xua ui rui, mui, dn, b cht va lm sch mi trng, va c
tc dng phng bnh. Ngoi ra, tinh du s cn kh mi hi trong cng tc v sinh. Trong
y hc c truyn v kinh nghim dn gian, s c dng vi tn thuc l hng mao hay

Cy su c danh php khoa hc l Dracontomelon duperreanum thuc h o ln ht
(Anacardiaceae). L loi cy sng lu nm l thng xanh, bn rng. Su cn tn gi l

Cng dng: hot huyt, dng huyt, cm mu, dng cho ngi b thiu mu thuc th
kh tr huyt , biu hin bng cc triu chng sc mt xm nht, hay b xut huyt di
da, d chy mu chn rng, chy mu cam, ph n kinh nguyt khng u, thng kinh,

Tam tht v ngt ng, tnh m, c cng dng hot huyt tn , lm thng huyt mch, tr
huyt c sinh huyt mi v cm mu; tht g n trung ch kh, b tinh dng huyt. Hai v
phi hp vi nhau to nn cng nng hot huyt dng huyt c o ca bi thuc.
iu tr huyt p thp bng bi thuc n gin
Bnh nhn c coi l huyt p thp khi tr s huyt p tm thu (huyt p ti a) di
90mmHg (milimt thu ngn) v huyt p tm trng (huyt p ti thiu) di 60mmHg.
Theo T chc Y t th gii, huyt p thp l biu hin ca s ri lon chc nng v no
ca trung khu thn kinh vn mch. Bnh nhn c coi l huyt p thp khi tr s huyt
p tm thu (huyt p ti a) di 90mmHg (milimt thu ngn) v huyt p tm trng
(huyt p ti thiu) di 60mmHg.
C hai loi: huyt p thp tin pht (do th trng) v huyt p thp th pht (do cc bnh
l khc). Nhng ngi huyt p thp thng c biu hin: mt mi, hoa mt, chng mt,
bun nn, gim tp trung tr lc, khi thay i t th c th chong vng, thong ngt hoc
ngt.

Bi 3: Thc a 12g, trch cam tho 6g, bch trut 12g, ng quy 12g, xuyn khung 8g,
phc linh 12g, ng sm 12g, hong k 16g, bch thc 12g. Sc ung ngy 1 thang.
Bi 4: Nhn sm tn bt 25 g, t h sa (tn bt) 50 g. Trn vi mt ong, mi ln ung t
3 n 5 g, ngy ung 2 ln vo bui sng v tra.
Bi 5: ng sm 15g, mch mn 9g, ng v t 5g, hong k 15g, nhc qu 2-4g, trch

- Lm iu ngi : ly l ngi cu kh v nt, loi b cnh cung, ly phn cn li l ngi
nhung em cun thnh iu nh iu thuc l hay to hn ty theo nh s dng. iu
ngi c t mang tnh nng m cao (thun dng), nn khi dng lm nng (cu)
cc huyt gi s lm kh huyt lu thng mnh, gy m nng c th, gim au, sng, mi
c, tit dch, gii c, lm mm ch cng v tan mu t. C th dng iu ngi theo my
cch sau :
- iu ngi h ln huyt n khi bnh nhn cm thy m d chu (cu m), dng tr
cc bnh h suy au yu.
- a iu ngi gn st da, bnh nhn cm thy nng th a ln (cu m c). Thc hin
3-5 ln, cch cu ny cha cc bnh thc (bnh mi pht).
- t iu ngi ln gn huyt cho va m th di chuyn theo vng trn t hp ra rng
cho n khi thy nng nhiu vng nh cu l c (lm 2-3 ln), cch cu ny tr

cc bnh ngoi da, mn nht.


Lm thuc iu kinh: Mt tun trc ngy kinh d kin, ly mi ngy 6-12g (ti a 20g)
sc vi nc hoc hm vi nc si nh tr, chia lm 3 ln ung trong ngy. C th ung
di dng bt (5-10g) hay dng cao c (1-4g). Thuc khng c tc dng kch thch vi
t cung c thai nn khng gy sy thai. Nu kinh nguyt khng u th hng thng n
ngy bt u k kinh v c nhng ngy ang c kinh, ly ngi cu kh 10g, thm 200 ml
nc, sc cn 100 ml, thm cht ng chia ung 2 ln/ngy. C th ung liu gp i,
cng 2 ln/ngy. Sau 1-2 ngy thy hiu qu, ngi mt, mu kinh v t hn.
- Gip an thai: Nhng ngi ang mang thai, nu thy c hin tng au bng, ra mu,
dng 16gr l ngi cu, 16gr l ta t, sc cng vi 600ml nc, sc cn 100ml, chia lm
3-4 ln ung/ngy. Bi thuc ny c tc dng an thai.
-Nhng ngi kit sc hay cc b m ang cho con b: Ly 5 cnh l ngi cu ti (hoc
kh), ra sch, bm nh, pha vi mt cc nc si, ung hng ngy s mau hi phc sc
khe.
-Tr mn trn c: L ngi cu ti gi nt, p ln mt, khong 20 pht, ri ra li
mt, lm lin tc s cho bn ln da mn mng v trng hng.
-Tr mn nga, gh l, rm sy tr: Vi nhng tr nh thng hay b rm sy, xay nt l
ngi cu, lc ly nc ct ri ha vo nc tm ca tr. Lm lin tc trong vi ngy, cc
nt nga s ln mt.

- Canh ngi cu nu tht nc: Bi thuc cha cc bnh ca ph n (kinh nguyt khng
u, kh h, au bng do lnh...). Tht nc heo bm nh, p ht nm, xo qua, nm

nc, un si cho rau ngi cu. Canh si u, nm ht nm va ming, n nng.


- Trng g trng ngi cu: Gip lu thng mu ln no tr bnh au u. Ly mt nm l
ngi cu, xt nh, nh tan u vi 1 qu trng g, nm ht nm va ming, vo cho
chin chn.
- G tn ngi cu: Bi b sc khe, hot huyt, xng ct do dai: 1 con g en khong
500gr, 3 tri to , d, k t, 3 lt sm ta, ngi cu, ht sen, tam tht, ht nm. G lm
sch, m moi, nhi tt c cc nguyn liu vo trong g, cho g vo ni, sm sp nc,
nm ht nm va ming, tn cho n khi g mm nh.
- Cho ngi cu c th cha ng thai hoc gim au thp khp. Cch nu : l ngi cu
ti 50g, go t 100g, ng va (c th cho thm l lt). Thi nh l ngi cu,
nu ly nc nu cho. Khi n cho ng va phi, n nng. Chia 2 ln n sng, tra.

Cha bnh bng hoa thin l

Thnh phn dinh dng

Thnh phn dinh dng c trong hoa thin l nh cht x l 3%, cht m 2,8%, cht bt
ng, cc vitamin nh C, B1, B2, PP, tin vitamin A (caroten), cng cc khong cht

vy cy thin l c l non, ngn v hoa u c th s dng lm thc phm. Hoa thin l

Theo kinh nghim dn gian, l thin l tr giun kim rt hiu qu bng cch dng 40g l
hoc hoa nu canh n hng ngy (dng 7 ngy tr ln l khi).

Hoa thin l : 30 gam
Rau sam: 20 gam.

Ba th ny sc ly nc trong ngy, mi ngy chia lm 3 ln, ung lin tip trong 3 ngy.

- Cha bnh li dom, sa d con:


Ly 100g l thin l non v bnh t, ra sch, gi nh vi 5g mui n, thm 30ml nc
ct, lc qua gc sch. Ra sch ch li dom bng nc pha thuc tm, ly bng tm nc
thin l p ln, bng li.
Ngy lm 1-2 ln. Thng ch cha 4-5 ngy nh trn s thy tc dng co dn phn dom
hay d con b li ra.
- Lm gim au mnh my, nhc xng ct:
Hng ngy ly hoa thin l xo vi tht b hoc chm vi mui vng n s tc dng.
- Cha mt ng:

Hoa thin l 30 gam. Hoa nhi 10 gam. Tm sen 15 gam. Ba th sc chung ly nc


ung trong ngy (dng t 3- 5 ngy).
Ngoi ra, canh hoa thin l cn c tc dng mt, b v an thn, gip d ng, ng ngon,
bt mt mi, cha st nh, lao lc.
- Cha inh nht:
Ly l cy thin l 30 50kg gi nh p vo ch mn nht, ngy thay 1 ln, vi ba ngy
s khi.
- Cha i but, i ra mu, i dt, cn trng:
Ly r cy thin l t 10 20g, sc ly nc ung 2 3 ln trong ngy, ung t 5- 7
ngy, s thy hn.

Phc bn t cha bnh lit dng
Phc bn t cn gi l in bo, ng nu, sinh ni mu; l thuc y hc c truyn c tc
dng bnh b can thn thng gp, c Danh y bit lc xp vo hng thng phm.
