A high rise mixed use development has a massive massing and wide range in planning it needs to aim the comfortability of the user and their security.Our proposed is a modern cubism that
have in touch with nature and to its surroundings that would blend to other neighborhood buildings. The Are location is a cornered lot so it has a pros and cons in vehicular circulation. The goal is to
make the area hospitable to its design , in touch with landscape features and to control the direct heat and by providing shades like canopies , trellis and water features to lessen the heat island effect.
It should have the essence of pedestrianization to lessen the usage of automobiles and to help lessen the traffic coming from the major roads.

DESIGN PHILOSOPHY
To design that would benefit the users and give the area alive and does not only do function but it gives attraction from the structure to its buildings

CIRCULATION
Should promote pedestrianization to help lessen the traffic flow coming from major and minor roads
SECURITY
The area will have an entrance and exit provided with security management
LANDSCAPE DESIGN
The landscaping will be design and give a function that would help and attract the users
FIRE PROTECTION
All the parts of the building will be provided with sprinkler and fire exits in case of any emergency
GREEN ARCHITECTURE
The structure/ area will provide shadings / louvres and water feature that would help lessen from heat island effect
AESTHETICS
It will be a modern cubism that would give an attraction and also gives an essence of welcoming the users
OPEN SPACE
Space for meeting/ gathering / socializing with friends, families , relatives, peers to hang out in that area
ECONOMY
The design project should be earning and profitable to the users
