She further stated that she has no knowledge of a nude pictured being taken of her. On November 20, 2014 Det. Henderson and I met with Silverstein at headquarters, in regards to our respective investigations. Silverstein advised us that the Graduate Board is very concerned about the activities taking place at the Tiger Inn. He further stated that the Graduate Board has launched their own investigation and will cooperate and aid the police in anyway possible. Silverstein also volunteered to facilitate a meeting with the House Manager / Executive Chef, Bob Belsky. ‘On November 25, 2014 Det. Prior to leaving Tiger Inn | made arrangements with Belsky to view the video footage from Tiger Inn's last social event, Upon receiving the list of ie officers (see attached list) | began performing criminal history checks on them. However, this contact was always initiated by the student, After reviewing this footage | found no evidence of conduct that would constitute a crime, | then turned my attention to the surveillance footage that covers the rear parking lot of the Tiger Inn. At no time did | see any activity that is consistent with the distribution of a controlled dangerous substance. While watching this footage Belsky informed me that most of the security officers smoke cigars and if one of them did go to their car it was most likely that it was related to cigar smoking. Det.
