WORK EXPERIENCE
I worked at the 59th International Book Fair in Belgrade and was employed by the Confucius
Institute in Belgrade and Hanban. I was stationed at the Chinese booth as a hostess, a
salesperson and translator for the Chinese guests and representatives of their publishing
houses. I worked with a team of students, who had the same position as I, with one superior in
the team.
I volunteered at the 2014 WOSONOS in Serbia, where I helped with the organization of the
seminar and worked as a hostess.

I was mainly working in the hotel bar and poolside cafe. I was both the waitress and the
bartender, and responsible for preparing drinks and serving customers. Since the Hotel was
understaffed I sometimes also worked in the Hotel restaurant, or at the reception.

I have worked for the Belgrade City Hall project Belgradization of Belgrade (Beogradizacija),
and worked as the production assistant and event planner for some of the events that were
included in the program.

Since Ive started University I have been volunteering in the Confucius Institute in Belgrade,
doing whatever was needed, working as a photographer, as a hostess and helping with the
organization.
While attending Middle School and High School, I volunteered in the Red Cross in Serbia,
where I learned First Aid as well as worked.

I am courteous, polite and well spoken. I have excellent organizational skills, and possess a good
team spirit. I have a passion for providing the highest standards of hospitality and service to the
customer. I work well with a wide range of people at all levels and of various cultures. I demonstrated
capacity to work effectively with difficult personality types. I am a quick learner who can absorb new
ideas, communicate clearly and effectively and also find suitable solutions to meet a persons needs.
