1. Background of yourself.

I was born in May 13, 1954 in Tagbilaran city Bohol Province. I am a licensed
architect with regist no. 7550 holding an office at the TUP Ayala Blvd., Ermita
Manila. I graduated in 1983 at UST College of architecture and fine arts. I took
and passed my board exam in 1984. I graduated Master of Science in
architecture MSA in 2003 cumlaude also in UST.
2. What is your field?
My field is in design planning, construction and consultancy services.
3. Scope of your work.
My scope of works in design is the preparation of architectural plans and
specifications. During construction is project management, attend meeting
with client and the contractor.
4. Your manner of providing services?
My manner of services follows the contract agreement where my duties
responsibilities are indicated in the contract documents.
5. Experience
My experience in the practice of my profession as an architect is more than
40 years mostly in the field of design and construction. In that long years
Ive designed and built more than 200 of various types - commercial,
residential, industrial, institutional and buildings that ranges from low-rise
medium to high-rise buildings. After which i become a consultant.
6. Method of your compensation?
Method of compensation is based on the standard UAP document. Percentage
basis: 6 - 7 percent in building cost.
