building/facility.
Ensure building project meets the structural, safety, fire protection,
energy saving because SSS building in Makati was already old
building. Because of the situation of the building they assessed the
damages of the building and structure which is a complex of work.
Under of these are the variety of building materials, damage types and
possible causes. When the damage has been recognized, they
investigate:

Is the structure (still) safe?


What has caused the damage?
How bad is the damage?
Can the problem be fixed?
How much does the repair cost?
How can future problems be prevented?

It is the basis of a solid damage assessment which is for the safety of the
user of the building/structure. This means that, apart from technical aspects,
the damage assessment should also take financial or economical aspects
into the report, such as repair costs and future service life. The safety of the
structure should always be a central part in any damage assessment.
THE SOLUTION
So that Facilities management industry in Philippines, they provides a large
amount of damage assessment services, covering all aspects with regard to
damage assessment, including:
Determining the cause(s) of the damage, in relation to the use and the
environmental conditions
Assessment of damage effects; this includes the level of the damage
as well as nature of the damage (damage mechanisms)
Evaluation of possible repair strategies and justifying measures

Recommendations or advice on the best repair method, based on the


current and intended for the future use of the structure
Monitoring the execution of the repair work to minimize the risk of
future damage
