Burner Overhaul
1. Shut down the boiler
2. Remove the F.O. supply and return pipes

and also pressure gauge connections

from the control valve.
Remove bolts in flange and sleeve clip of
the primary air trunking and remove
trunking.
Withdraw the atomizer and coupling
block for easy handling.
Remove the front cover plate with the
burner bowl.

6. To access the atomizer for cleaning,

remove the cap nut using the box
spanner.
7. Clean the atomizer plates and slots
using paraffin oil and bristle brush.
8. During re-assembly make sure that
the atomizer plates and sprayer
body are clean and free from
foreign matters.
