Notes:
R1-R6 values will be different depending on the thermistors used.
My thermistors needed 220 ohm pull down resistors. I used a bag of ice water and a flame to run up and down the temperature and used a thermometer to compaire the values
The Arduino Pro Mini is the 3 volt version, this works well with the 3 volt LCD screen. If you use a 5 volt Arduino the voltage lines to the LCD must be dropped down with resistors or a level shifter chip.
