Whats the
point???
Week #1
Your Money Your Clarity
Your desires may include...
Your desires may directly relate to your money or they may not.
Right now the things that you desire may include:
paying off debt, becoming aware of how you spend your money, setting up a
better structure for your finances, creating a money management system,
overcoming fear, starting a savings plan, making a change to your physical
appearance, improving your health, making more time for yourself, spending
more time on your hobbies, spending more (or less) time with family, getting
back into cooking, taking a holiday or trip, getting married, buying or building
a home, doing renovations, going back to school, changing jobs or careers,
starting a business, starting a family or having more children, looking after
ageing parents, starting a community project, getting a new car or upgrading
your car, or anything else that you have been really desiring to do.
Exercise #2 - What do you desire right now? What are your urgent,
bubbling, pulsating desires?
!
Let us not limit what is possible to what we can understand.
Instead let us seek to connect to the feeling of what we desire on multiple
levels.

Your Money Your Clarity
If we set our goals around our true hearts desires we create a lot more juice,
energy, excitement and urgency around our goals. If our goals are what we
think we should be doing but not what we actually want it may be a lot more
difficult to create movement and lasting change.
Your current money reality
You may have listed desires that relate to money in the section above. I will
invite you to go deeper into listing desires that relate specifically to your
money or your relationship with money.
But first it is important to stop and take stock of where you are at right now.
Exercise #7 - How specifically would you describe your current money
situation at a material level?

Your relationship with money
Money is energy. You have a relationship with this energy. By that I mean all
your interactions with money have a flavour to them. There may be times
when you are happy with money, other times when you are not. There may be
an expectation of stress and struggle.
You may or may not have given a lot of thought to your relationship with
money in the past.
In order to transform your relationship with money it is good to start with an
awareness of what your current relationship with money looks & feels like.

You can gain this awareness by considering what your feelings and thoughts
are about different aspects of money such as:
- your income and your perceived ability to draw money towards you
- your spending and your perception about how you spend money
- your ability to save money and invest in the future
Exercise #8 - How specifically would you describe your current relationship
with money?

Did you know that when it comes to money we choose our relationship with
it. We define it. Money will obey our every command.
Problem is. It is so conditioned in so many of us to command money to cause
us pain.
We feel betrayed by it. Money, how could you
We dont see that we are the ones asking for this and money is obeying us. We
could just as easily command it to obey our desires and wishes. We could
inspire money to work for us instead of us working for it.
Why do we command money to cause us pain? Fear. We dont trust money.
We feel slighted.
I know there are women out there who, like me, desireto define their
relationship with money. They want this relationships to be on their terms.
We have had enough. We have suffered long enough.
What would it take to slip into the beautiful, receptive, powerful feminine
energy?
What would it take to use our powerful feminine energy to command money
to do our bidding rather than us to be a slave to it?
Transformation is required. It is a joyful and beautiful process. An unfolding.
We can leave the fear and doubt behind.

Your Money Your Clarity
The transformation you are creating is moving towards a place where you
interact with money in a different way. With a different energy.
My relationship with money has been functional, practical, grounded.
I realised that I desire it to be relaxed, sensual, expansive and stimulating. I
desire that "hell yeah" feeling about money but also the sexiness of being
feeling totally comfortable to enjoy being myself and "exposed" around
money.
No aires, no pretences, just an honest, open relationship where I'm in my
body and which allows me to connect to my greater dreams and visions for
my life.
This picture helps me
to connect to those
feelings. I put it as
wallpaper on my
phone as a reminder
of that desire and
intention.
I used to think first
work, second play or
pleasure. I would
prefer to hike up a
mountain rather than
into a valley.
Can you appreciate
how much that
limited my life?
I made a conscious decision leading up to the February 2015 12 week Her
Money Her Purpose journey in person in Perth, to enjoy pleasure and play as
prepared myself and the resources for the group.
I resolved to make this a priority in the creation process rather than it being a
"reward", for a "job well done.
You may desire your relationship with money to be functional, practical,
systematic, or you may want it to be joyful, empowering, sexy, playful,
trusting, wonderful, sensual, open, sexy, fluid, powerful, creative, soulful,
nurturing, etc.
What words come to mind when you feel into your ideal relationship with
money?

Exercise #9 - What do you know about what you would like your
relationship with money to be like? What do you know about what you want it
to feel like?

Note: the rest of this program is designed to help you move towards this
place, creating the relationship with money that you desire to experience.
Exercise #10 - What can you do to begin to connect to the way you want
your relationship with money to look and feel?

Your money desires
I invite you to link your money desires back to your other desires, for
example:
- If you desire to go on a trip next year starting a savings plan now will
support that.
- If you desire to start a business looking at restructuring yourself so that you
can continue to pay for your expenses while shifting how you earn your
income will support that.
- If you desire to shift how you earn income or how much income you earn
there may be other money desires that will support that or that are linked to
that.

Exercise #11 - When it comes to what you desire right now, your urgent,
bubbling, pulsating desires, what do you believe needs to happen around
money to support this?

As time goes by you may choose to cross something off
your list or add something new.
Desires are fluid and changing.
It may be helpful to create a space in your life for
anchoring your desires.
For example I have a chalkboard in my home, which I
see every day, upon which I write and draw my desires
using words and with symbols.
This is my desires board for 2014.
Potency of your desire
Creating goals that are linked to desires adds more potency to our goals but it
is also scarier. There are many reasons why we sometimes block ourselves
from connecting to the potency of our desires, this could be because we dont
know how they will manifest or we fear not being able to handle getting our
hopes up and having them let down.

Exercise #15A - For each of the desires you wrote above rate the level of
potency from 1 to 10; 1 being not very potent and you dont actually care if you
do it and 10 being you will move heaven and earth to do it.
If you have a technique you can use to get clear on your level of potency, such
as pedalling or muscle testing, feel free to use it here, otherwise you can just
follow your intuition on the number that feels true and correct to you.

It has been said that if you dont rate your desire as at least an 8 out of 10 it is
unlikely that you will manifest that which you desire.
Exercise #15B - If are of your desires are lower potency, things that are not
at least an 8, ask yourself some questions:
- do I really want this or do I think I should want it?
- is this my desire or someone elses?
- why is the potency of this desire low?
- what would be required to amplify or increase the potency of this desire?

You may find that you dont really want what you thought you wanted. Or you
may find that there is something else blocking the desire. Be curious about
what comes up around the potency of your desires.
Another example is linking my desire to earn more money (which was weak)
to my desire to help more women, which was potent. See the picture below for
an example how I did that.
Exercise #16 - What can you do to anchor your desires into your physical
reality as a reminder of your desire and to increase the potency?
