Sir, This in reference to the letter No. DGE&T — 36 (4) MIS-4/2014-NPIU dated 14" November, 2014 (Copy Attached) and review meeting held with Principal Secretaries / State Directors on 19" December, 2014 at DGET(HQ), New Delhi regarding the Bulk data to be uploaded on MIS Application Portal developed by DGE&T for management of NCVT courses. 2. During the meeting, it was brought to the notice that Private Industrial Training Institutes (IIs) are not complying with the instructions issued by State Directors for sharing the required information |e ITI Profile and Affilation Status along with Trainee Information (admitted in Aug 2014 session) for each ITI for uploading on MIS Application Portal 3. The MIS Portal developed has features of assigning ITls to Exam Centre, generating hall ticket, ‘capturing the marks of Theory & Practical, capturing attendance and fees records and thereafter issue of final e-certificate for the successful trainees. In order to conduct examination for the trainees admitted in session August 2014, the details of ITIs (Profile and Affiliation Status) along with trainee information for each ITIs (Govt. & Pvt) needs to be uploaded on the MIS portal. The prescribed templates are available on www.dget gov.in under the heading "News Update’. Any clarification on the above may be obtained by sending e-mail to helpdesk services at support.dget@wipro.com 4. {tis reiterated that the hall ticket for the examination to be held in February 2015 for the first semester of the session Year August 2014 under the CTS scheme would be generated from the MIS portal. Hall ticket would be generated only for the trainees of those ITIs whose data has been uploaded on the portal & State Directorates may also ensure that the examination fee as per DGEAT Letter No. DGE&T:19(7)(9)72014-CD dated 13” November, 2014 must be deposited to Pay and Account office, DGE8rT, New Delhi in order to generate Hall ticket for the students. 6.
