We thank you for supporting us for such a long time and wish
you had a successful year ahead.
We are writing this email to clarify some points that you have
misunderstood us about suspend providing drinking cup. In
upcoming time, we will expand our services by added more
fitness classes such as Yoga, Group X and Stream Bath,.. and
besides, we are in process of upgrading our facility and
equipment infrastructure. We knowledge that these drinking
cup are single-use cup, that means every drinking will waste a
cup and this type is really hard to dissolve, causes bad affect to
the environment. In fact, we found that water was dripping
around drinking area by using this cup, which causes dirty floor.
In conclusion, we decide to suspend providing and suggest
every member that they should bring an empty bottle to fill up
for many using times. We do hope that this solution is
convenient for you and also keeps public hygiene.
