1. John Dalton (1808)


a. Atom is the most fundamental particles that cannot be split.

2. J. J. Thompson (1897)
a. Atom is spherical and positively charged.

4. Neils Bohr (1913)
a. Proposed planetary model of atom
b. Electrons are orbiting around the nucleus
c. Nucleus is positively charged.
5. James Chadwick (1932)
a. Discovered neutron which is neutrally charged
b. Neutron is located at nucleus.
