Grounds for motion to quash:

That the facts alleged does not constitute the offense charged
That the court trying the case has no jurisdiction over the offense charged
That the court trying the case has no jurisdiction over the person of the accused
That the person who filed the information has no authority to do so
That the form did not substantially conform with the prescribed form
It must be in writing
It must be subscribed by the accused or his counsel
The facts or legal grounds must be stated
