1. Briefly describe the field experience.

What did you learn about technology
facilitation and leadership from
completing this field experience?

4.3 and 6.3

In this field experience, I learned and

experienced how to use technology
to better understand and teach ELL
students. Technology greatly in able
our ability to understand each other
and our cultures we come from. It
allows us to connect in ways we
previously couldnt.

2. How did this learning relate to the

knowledge (what must you know),
skills (what must you be able to do)
and dispositions (attitudes, beliefs,
enthusiasm) required of a technology
facilitator or technology leader?
(Refer to the standards you selected in
Part I. Use the language of the PSC
standards in your answer and reflect
on all 3knowledge, skills, and
dispositions.)
This experience related to a field
experience I did in my undergraduate
degree in an ELL History classroom. You
must know how to have patience with
someone learning both a new skill and a
new language. Teaching a classroom

with different cultures really enables us

to use technology to learn about each
other. Technology helped us create
global awareness of the people in the
room that we are learning with.
3. Describe how this field experience
impacted school improvement, faculty
development or student learning at
your school. How can the impact be
assessed?

I feel like this experience helped

impact my classroom and the school
in a positive manner. I taught both
English skills and math skills in one
room at the same time. The learning
can be assess to see of the students
WIDA score improves and if their
course grade is passin.
