arebeingused.

DevicesareownedbyMLTIandareissuedtostudentsasaresourceforlearning.Useof
theDevicefornoneducationalpurposesislimited.

DeviceswillnotbeissueduntiltheInsuranceCoverageFormiscompletedandsigned
byaparentorguardianandthestudent.

DeviceswillnotbeallowedtogohomeuntiltheInsurancePremiumispaidandparents
haveattendedtheMANDATORYParentNight.

DeviceInsuranceisintendedtocoveraccidentaldamage.ItdoesNOTcoverlostor
