including Colour Your World (Womens Conference), Hillsong
Conference and Mens Conference, as part of their course. These
conferences have a national and international impact and students
will experience the life-changing privilege of being involved in them.
Church Life and Practical Ministry.
CHURCH LIFE AND PRACTICAL MINISTRY.
One of the great features of your College experience is becoming
part of the life and family of Hillsong Church. If youre from outside
Sydney youll be making Hillsong Church your church home during
your training. If you already have a home church in Sydney wed
love you to remain actively involved there, although there will be
some times throughout the College year when well need you at
Hillsong Church for College related activities. A key aspect of your
training is your involvement in practical ministry, where you get to
put your training into practice, developing leadership experience, a
track-record of fruitfulness and a legacy of changed lives. You will
be involved practically in various ministry teams during the week
and in at least two services on the weekend.
Graduation.
Each year the College celebrates graduation at the Graduation
Dinner and Ceremony.
Cost of Living.
We recommend you budget between A$300 A$400 per week.
This would include accommodation, electricity, food, local
phone calls, some transport and some general living costs.
Accommodation costs are dependent on current rental prices,
availability and the number of people you live with.

Accommodation Options.
The College can help you to find suitable accommodation.
Before the start of semester, you should contact the
Colleges Accommodation Adminstrator to discuss available
accommodation options (a fee applies).
Further information is available upon application. Please refer to
the website for latest information prior to application.
Part -time employment.
If you need to work whilst studying with us, youll need to arrange
your work hours around your College program. You will have one
day off during the week, and one day on the weekend so that you
can work. However, during our three Conferences you wont be
able to work, and will need to make special arrangements with
your employer. Hillsong Church and the College can direct you
towards employment agencies and services, but are not able to
help you find a job, or provide you with employment.
Attendance Requirements.
As leaders in training, students are expected to be diligent in their
attendance at all timetabled classes, practical ministry sessions
and other College activities. Allowances are made for exceptional
circumstances including sickness, whereupon 80% minimum
attendance is required to meet the course requirements.
Attendance at the Graduation Dinner, Graduation Ceremony
and scheduled rehearsals is compulsory for all students
(whether graduating, leaving or continuing to study with us).
Students are also not to leave for holidays until after
Graduation week has concluded.

LEADERSHIP COURSES.
The Certificate, Diploma and Advanced Diploma of Ministry are
designed to give you solid, practical and life-changing training for
successful leadership in a wide range of ministries and occupations.
They are known as vocational courses because of their high
emphasis on the development of practical skills. All our training is
done in the midst of a thriving church, so that you can learn to do

under the instruction of proven, successful leaders. Over
the one, two or more years that you study with us, you can develop
the leadership and ministry skills you need to impact your world
whilst developing a good grounding in Biblical studies and theology.
Course Structure.
