TEACHING:
Motivation:

Lets pretend that you have just been hired as a lawyer, and you work on a team with another
lawyer to make inferences and provide evidence for cases. On the second day of the job, you and
your partner are assigned to help other lawyers in Tennessee (classmates) make inferences and
provide evidence. The inferences and evidence will highlight factors that caused Romeo and
Juliet to suffer throughout the novel. You will quiz your viewers to ensure that they are prepared
for trial. All of the information should be shared in the form of an advanced tutorial. In three
days, each pair of lawyers (students) will take turns showing their tutorials. I will judge them and
decide which tutorial is the easiest to follow.

Title of Project:

Lessons Learned: Reflecting on My Project

1. What was good or effective in your project?
The most effective portion of my project was the Guided Practice section of the
PowerPoint. In this section, the viewer of the tutorial is able to answer questions
and receive immediate feedback or results.

3.

How would you improve your project?

I would improve my project by adding more visuals to the slides that seem
blank.

4.

What did you learn from creating this project (not about software), and how can
you use what you learned in the future?
As a result of creating this project, I can easily create tutorials for my students
in the classroom. If a student is absent they will be able to view the tutorial of
what I taught on the previous day. This will be very beneficial for me because
my school has a high absentee rate.
