DEADLINE: 24 Feb (T) 12 midnight
Part I. Product Testing
A. Self-testing
1. Describe in a detailed paragraph how you tested your project before presenting the final version to your target
users/audience. Discuss how you checked and improved the technical/functional problems that you encountered.
(Minimum 100 words)
When i finished my editing i had two possible routes to go, aurasma in the school laptops and qr codes. My original plan involved a designated Ipad
from the library that would act as the anchor for all my videos. I would transfer all of my videos onto the ipad and use tha aurasma app to set up the
guide. The problem came when i was trying to move the videos onto the ipad. When i tried it would not work so i had to go for plan B. I Made QR
codes that linked to the youtube videos. I believe this is better because now anybody can use their own device to trigger the videos, and more people
would be able to use them. Then i let a friend try out the whole process and he said that he thought it worked well. The only issue or barrier i can
come up with now is that not every one has mobile data on their phone, but that cannot be helped.
Aspects:
Self-Score
7-8: Fully
I stated my intentions from the beginning, to make a usefull library guide for any
body to use, and i believe i achieved that
My whole process included and still includes using the various tools to make it
and to continue using it
I do believe that it is complex considering that it is not only one guide for the
library. This guide includes 5 diffrent videos that alllow me to go in depth for each
section of the library.
The project works perfectly fine, i do not know how it could actually work better
than working, since it works on all devices.
My audience is not very specific but rather quite flexible, it is for anybody that
needs assistance
There was appropriate testing done seeing as i found out faults in my first testing
and in the second testing i using a couple of trials

2. Generally, how well do you think your final project successfully achieved its original goal or purpose: to create a digital
codes -based project that can address a specific school problem or situation.Discuss 3 reasons.
I think my project was set out with a good goal of helping people and it turned out pretty well. It was able to yield a good result with my peer
evaluators which proved that it does in fact achieve the goal it was set out to do. Especially how the clarity and helpfulness got mostly 7-8 ratings. I
also think it solves the problem since it works and when tested by somebody who genuinely did not know the library (new student) they said it
informed them a lot about how to use it and what is available. Since i believe in my own craftsmanship and i know that it works i do believe that it i
solving the problem that was left behind by lacking information on the libraries many facilities.
Mobile Use allows the audience to experience it at any time they want
The specific videos to each section lets them choose what information
they want to learn.
The clear but rich video formats allow the viewer to be fully enlightened
and remain intrigued. This allows for a pleasurable experience that can
still have a educational value to it.
