Grade Level & Subject area:

Hotel managment for the 1st and 2nd grade 'Hotel school'.

Context:
The course is all about a broad insight into the hotel sector. A thorough look behind the screens of a hotel,
focused on organization, staff follow-up and motivation, purchase, accounting, reservation, sales, food &
beverage, maintenance and security. This online course will run over six weeks and has at least one
obligatory assignment every week.

Standards:
In this course, students will:
- Understanding the daily working of a hotel.
- Analyze staff and recruitment needs.
- Communicate with clients and staff on a commercial level.
- Work effectively in teams.
- Apply readings and class discussions to understand all needs and working methods of all hotel
departments.
- Analyze and discuss all connections between all hotel departments.

Sales & Marketing Climate.
Assignment: Sales and Marketing Alternatives, use Video Documentation: Alternatives in the broad
Community (Graded).
6. Week 5: Maintenance & Security.

Maintenance, security and conclusion.
Exchange of rebuttal arguments.
Complete your final Project report.
