* Nguyn liu: 500g tht c ba sa phi-l ct lm 5 ming, 1 qu trng,
50g bt m, du m, mui, tiu, qu bt, rau mi, ti, hnh kh.
* Thc hin:
- Chun b l nng hoc bp l than hoa.
- C ra sch, p gia v (bt qu, ti, rau mi thi nh, 2 mung nh
bt m, mui, tiu). Cun ming phi-l mt da vo pha trong, dng tm nhn u xin ghim li.

mua t ca Hn Quc, c bn cc tim Hn Quc), 100g hnh l,
mui, ng, m chnh, nc mm ngon.
* Thc hin:
Ci ch i cy, xt mui vo cc tu l, khong 30 pht th ra
sch, ct khc di khong 2-3cm. C rt, c ci gt v, thi mng, di. Hnh, h ra sch, xt khc.
