3 Thut ng v nh ngha
3.1 g gh mt ng (Roughness)

6.1.2 Thit lp phng trnh tng quan thc nghim gia IRI v xc cng dn
6.1.2.1 La chn vn tc nh chun

6.1.2.5 Thit lp phng trnh tng quan thc nghim gia IRI v xc cng dn.
6.1.2.5.1 Cc phng trnh tng quan thc nghim ng vi mi vn tc nh chun c xc lp trn
c s cc cp s liu o trn cc on nh chun: g gh IRI, xc cng dn trung bnh.
6.1.2.5.2 Vic thit lp phng trnh tng quan thc nghim gia IRI v xc, xc nh h s tng
quan thc nghim R (hoc h s tng quan thc nghim bnh phng R2) c thc hin bng cc
cng c ton hc nh phn mm Excel, hoc cc phn mm tnh ton tng t. C th tham kho cch

6.1.2.5.3 Phng trnh tng quan gia IRI v xc cng dn c th tuyn tnh hoc phi tuyn nn

trnh phi ln hn 0,9 ( hoc h s tng quan thc nghim bnh phng R2 phi ln hn 0,8).
6.1.2.5.4 Nu R 0,9, cn thit phi tin hnh cc cng tc sau: kim tra li thit b, b xung thm cc th
nghim trn cc on nh chun chn; chn thm on nh chun mi...
CH THCH 4: Cc phng trnh tng quan thc nghim trn ch m bo chnh xc trong khong thi gian
xe o xc hot ng t hn 1 thng hoc qung ng xe o xc ny hot ng nh hn 3000 km. Ngoi thi gian
hoc qung ng o trn, cn thit phi thit lp li tng quan thc nghim trc khi o mi.
6.2 Cch tin hnh o bng phng theo IRI bng phng php o trc tip
Vic o bng phng mt ng theo IRI bng cc thit b theo phng php o trc tip c tin
hnh theo trnh t sau:
6.2.1 Kim tra hiu chnh h thng thit b o v xe o
Trc khi tin hnh o trn ton tuyn, cn phi kim tra hiu chnh h thng thit b v xe o m
bo tin cy ca kt qu o. Cc hng mc kim tra nh sau:
6.2.1.1 Kim tra cc thng s k thut ca xe o: Thc hin theo ni dung quy nh 6.1.1.2.
6.2.1.2 Kim tra b phn o cao b mt ca mt ng:
- Tin hnh lp t thit b theo ng hng dn ca nh sn xut.

0,5 mm.
- Nu sai s vt qu gi tr cho php cn kim tra li hoc hiu chnh thit b thng qua phn mm iu
khin thit b.
6.2.1.3 Kim tra b phn o gia tc chuyn dch thng ng:
- Tin hnh kim tra tnh trng lm vic ca b phn o gia tc chuyn dch thng ng m bo thit
b hot ng tt, khng mc sai s. Vic kim tra b phn o gia tc chuyn dch thng ng c tin
hnh theo ng hng dn s dng thit b.
- Sai s ca php o phi nh hn 0,01g (g: gia tc trng trng).
- Nu sai s vt qu gi tr cho php cn kim tra li hoc hiu chnh thit b thng qua phn mm iu
khin thit b.
6.2.1.4 Kim tra s lm vic ca ton b h thng:
- Sau khi hon thnh cc bc kim tra trn, tin hnh o th trn mt on ng di (ti thiu 2
km) kim tra, nh gi s hot ng bnh thng ca ton b h thng o.
- Trong qu trnh chy th, nu kt qu o hin th y v lin tc trn mn hnh my tnh (thi im
o (ngy, thng, nm), vn tc o, gi tr IRI o c) v cc s liu o c lu tr th h thng o
c xem l hot ng bnh thng, c th tin hnh vic o bng phng trn ton tuyn. Nu c
bt k s trc trc, cn kim tra, tm nguyn nhn v bin php khc phc.
CH THCH 6: n v th nghim o IRI phi xut trnh ti liu k thut ca thit b khng nh thit b o a ra
c trc tip gi tr IRI.
7 Tiu ch nh gi
7.1 Phc v cng tc nghim thu:
7.1.1 Vi ng xy dng mi: mt ng b tng nha v b tng xi mng khi nghim thu trong vng
1 nm t khi lm xong mt ng phi m bo t c bng phng vi gi tr IRI tu thuc vo
cp ng (TCVN 4054, TCVN 5729) tho mn yu cu quy nh trong Bng 1.
