Students will be able to identify and describe foods
typical of Spanish speaking countries and use that
information to explore how food influences culture.
They will be able to order meals in a restaurant
abroad and describe their experiences dining out.
To help them choose restaurants while traveling,
students will evaluate the quality of restaurants
using authentic reviews and will ultimately write
their own.
