Cun s tay hng dn ny nhm cung cp cho bn thu v cc nh thu ca h cc thng tin chi
tit lin quan n ta nh v qu trnh xy dng cho cng tc ci to. Cc bn c gng n lc
m vic cung cp cc thng tin chnh xc. Tuy nhin, Ch ta nh, i din v nhn vin ca
Ch ta nh s khng chu trch nhim cho bt k s thiu chnh xc hoc b st thng tin no sau
.

Ta nh SC VivoCity ta lc ti v tr khu chc nng s 2, Khu th mi Nam
Si Gn, phng Tn Phong qun 7, thnh ph H Ch Minh. y l mt trung
tm gii tr v mua sm lin hp bao gm 5 tng thng mi, khu n ung,
Cineplex, cc hot ng vui chi gii tr v 1 tng hm u xe.

Li vo chnh ca ta nh nm trn i l Nguyn Vn Linh. Li vo nm ti sn
trc ca ta nh gn vi trm taxi, ti c quy tip tn v bng ch dn ca

Upon the completion of the Tenants Fit-out Works and without the Tenant causing any damage as a result of the Tenants Fit-out Works,
the Landlord agrees to return the fit-out deposit for the Tenants Fit-out Works to the Tenant without any accruing interest after (i) the
Tenant has passed the inspection of the Leased Premises in good order and that the Leased Premises was in ready condition to open on
the Opening Date, and (ii) all of the Tenants compensation for damages have been fully settled (if any).
The following documentation must be attached to this Form and submitted to the Tenant Co-ordinator and for authorisation by the
Landlord Representative before an application for release of fit-out deposit can be made:
