Project Management. Successful project examples:
o Led team implementing banks merger and system conversion. Migrated Independence Banks
Open Solution, Inc. system into Fiserv Premier.
o Implemented Positive Pay to match each check to commercial customers input into the
system to verify authenticity, thereby mitigating losses for both the customer and bank.
o Reengineered and did back-end coding of banks website.

o IT Projects: Brought ordering of computer hardware in-house, achieving 10-20% savings per
purchase. Led software transitions: Windows XP to 7, Office 2003 to 2010, and upgraded
multiple iterations of Internet Explorer, all bank-wide. Rectified employee computer problems

through remote use of Bomgar. Mitigated risk of data breach by implementing use of
TrueCrypt software.

selling of Remote Deposit Capture, ACH Origination Services, Wire Transfer Services, Merchant
Services (credit card processing), Online Banking, Sweep Accounts and Courier Pickup.
Monitor and report on all banking activities. Gather information and prepare reports for Board of
Directors and balance ledgers.
Create secure and efficient customer experience: Monitor high net worth clients activities. Maintain
debit cards, perform and review validity checks and deal with suspicious activity. Authorize raising of
transaction limits, and maintains scanners for client remote account access. Provide customer support
by phone. Added ATM processing network, thereby increasing free ATMs from 6 to 55,000. Designed
floor plan for remodeled Baltimore branch with enhanced functionality and aesthetics.
Create efficiencies and mitigate risk: Monitor and verify all new accounts, assuring that proper
documents are present. Follow up with branch staff when additional or corrective materials are
needed. Approve ACH transactions. Review all checks greater than $2,500. Determine whether or not
to honor checks from overdrawn accounts. Maintain core systems to comply with regulatory
requirements. Reduce risk of fraud with real time transaction tracking, and block suspicious
transactions. Collaborate with Compliance Department to identify, flag, and monitor high risk
customers.
Staff Management. Hired and managed three people, in addition to one person from bank merger.
Administer Online Banking. Configured online banking system specifying user access permissions,
viewable account information and transactions for both personal and commercial clients. Monitor and
report all online access and transactions.
Administer Debit Card Activities. Designed physical debit card. Setup daily limits, provide new and
replacement cards. Added deposit functionality to ATMs, spurring a 20% increase in cardholders.
