LearningActivity#1:Fortheremainderofclass,studentswillbegiventimetohaveaquickworkoutinorderto
experimentwiththedifferentmachinesandfreeweights.AtthistimeIwillaskstudentstothinkaboutanyfitness
goalsthattheyhaveandsomeofthepeoplethatmayhavesimilargoalsandthattheycanworkoutwith.Also,
studentswillneedtopickworkoutbuddiesinordertoensurethatthereisapersonalwaysspottingthemaswellas
anotherpersontosocializewithandbeawareofsafetyandsurroundings.
Assessments/Differentiation:Forthisclass,therewillbenoformalassessmentfortheactivityasstudentsarejust
giventimetoworkoutandexperimentandthinkaboutwhattheywanttodofortherestoftheunit.Thisisan
introductoryunit.However,Icanstilluseobservationtoensurestudentsarepracticingsafetyandgoodengagement
throughouttheclass.
Motivation:Themotivationforthisclasswillbepositivereinforcement(givingpositivefeedback,showing
