Fitness Resources and Workouts

Crossfit Workout:
2 minutes of running on the spot
3 minutes of stretching
1st corner: 10 push ups, 10 sit ups and 10 squats. Going down a rep each
set
2nd corner: 10 medicine ball throws, 10 burpees, 10 lunges each leg.

3rd corner: 20 jumping jacks then a sprint end to end. Repeat for 5 minutes

4th corner: 10 triceps dip, 10 jump squats, 10 crunches. Going down a rep
each set.
Pros: Very quick gains, quick to do, targets many muscle groups and systems,
short and high intensity. Good for lots of sports.
Cons: Not good for weight loss but strength building, costs a lot to join an actual
organized crossfit camp, injury risk is higher, technique and form is lost.
Zumba Workout:

Pros: good intensity, good for all ages, can be a quick workout, a lot of fun, big or
small groups can participate.
Cons: some people may be uncomfortable, doesnt ask yourself to push yourself,
doesnt exercise all muscle groups.

Pros: burns fat and calories faster, can be done anywhere, time friendly,
exercises lots of body groups and muscles, can forever be changed, cost friendly
Cons: need experience to have gains, used not to gain muscle but to lose weight,
doesnt specify a muscle group (works whole body)

Yoga Workout
f
