Interview to a member of the Terna Squad and a doctor, who work at El Agustino.

A: Day after day, policemen all over the city risk their lives so that we can live peacefully and rest
easy at night. But out of this brave folk, none are braver than the members of the Terna
Squad. These special forces are comprised of police officers that disguise themselves as
regular civilians in order to slip past the watchful gaze of criminals and learn about their plans,
activities and people involved in them.
Abelardo Quiones has been part of the Terna Squad since its inception. He knows El
Agustino like the back of his hand and is our first interviewee tonight.

B: As much of the audience already know, El Agustino is a dangerous place because of its high
criminality rate. This means, among other things, that a good part of the areas medical
emergencies are caused by mugs, shootings and the like. The small medical centre San
Fernando, located at El Agustino, is always full. The patients are often criminals themselves,
but the medical staff has to treat them as if they were any other patient. This puts the staff
at risk of extortions and revenge ploys from delinquents related to the patients.
Ranulfo Pereyra, medical professional, has been working at San Fernando for years and he is
in charge of the emergency department. He is our second interviewee this night.

A: We will ask them following questions:

Do you feel safe while doing your job?

B: What motivates you to put your life in the line everyday?

A: What is the most impactful thing that has happened to you at work?

B: What could make your job easier or less stressful?

A: Going back in time, would you have chosen a less dangerous job?

B: What would you say to someone who wants to do the same job as you?
