SCHEDULING AN INSPECTION FROM THE WAITLIST

The inspection scheduling process begins with a written request. This request is entered
into the database and added to a waitlist to be assigned an inspection date. Once a date
has been agreed upon by the parties involved, the request status will be changed from
Waitlisted to Scheduled, an inspection date entered, and an inspector assigned. Here
are the steps required to complete this process.

From the Main Menu, depending upon the inspection type, select either
Schedule an Inspection or Reinspection. The process is the same for
both.

The next screen to load will be the preliminary scheduling screen.

Select Schedule Waitlisted Requests

The next screen to load will be the Waitlisted Screen

Click on the Property Address box to get a list of properties on the Waitlist.
You can either begin typing the address or select from the list. If the property
address is not listed, chances are the Inspection Request was not entered into
the database and/or was not added to the Wait List. In some instances, the
inspections are scheduled immediately and not waitlisted.

The screen will load with the following information, based on the initial input.
1. Inspection Request Date
2. Request Status
3. Inspection Type
