through mental health therapists who work with

- Take one day at a time
- Never bring work home unless I want to
- Not to bring own employment to internship site:
OVERLOAD!
- Never take on too many task at once
- Not being afraid to say NO
2. Pitfalls Im learning to avoid when handling stress in
my own life?
- Not partaking in activities with friends
- Getting grumpy
- Skipping breaks

- Learning more in depth about sexual trauma and
