DM Cross Section Lib V1 ACT Extension

Extension:
The extension allow for 8 cross sections to be added each time. User can make a
select for the cross section types and after that select the cross section. Run the
extension multiple times to add more cross sections.
User input for the library:
1. Select the Cross Section type in the first column
2. Then select the Cross Section dimension in the second column
3. Continue selecting if you need to add more sections
4. Click on to Add the sections button.

Limitations:
Only the Standaard Cross-sections are available.
Enhancements in next versions:
Attach custom Library files
Default library will be expanded
