Biography of Adolf Hitler

To-be dictator Adolf Hitler was born in Branau am Inn, Austria, on April 20,
1889. Alois Hitler and Klara Polzl were his parents. Hitlers childhood had a lot of
problems, especially with his father. Hitler became detached and introverted after
his younger brother, Edmund, died. Also, his father did not acknowledge of his
interests in fine arts. After his fathers death, Adolf moved to Vienna and worked as
a laborer and a watercolor painter. There he had a dream of becoming an artist, so
he applied to the Academy of Fine Arts but was rejected harshly. Now out of money,
Hitler had to move into a homeless shelter and he remained there for several years.
As he was there, hes nationalism grew and soon became a motivating force of his
life.
Hitler at the age of 25, applied for the German army even though he still held
Austrian citizenship. Hitler was decorated for bravery, receiving the Iron Cross First
Class and the Black Wound Badge in World War I. This showed how devoted Hitler
was in his military life. After the War, the experience he had in the war and his
nationalism heart evolved into German patriotism and he believed that Germans
surrendered because of the civilian leaders and Marxists. From here onwards, Hitler
had the ambition to have total control over Germany and to bring the country above
all the other European countries.
When the Great Depression hit Germanys economy, Hitler saw this as an
opportunity to rise to power. Germans were tired and depressed by the economy
and they saw no hope of recoveries, then Hitler came up with his brilliant plans to
recover the dead economy. Soon he was supported by most of the Germans and
was elected as a leader of Germany. Right when he was elected, he took full control
of German legislative and executive branches of government and became the overpowering dictator. On July 14, 1933, Hitlers Nazi Party was declared the only legal
political party in Germany, this is the definite proof that Hitler now was a dictator.
Now Hitler backed by the Germans and Nazis, defied the Treaty of Versailles
and started the World War II by invading Scandinavia, France, Luxembourg,
Netherlands, and Belgium. This sudden attack panicked the European nation and
soon most of the Europe fell upon Hitlers hands. But soon the countries lifted their
shocks went on for the counter attacks. Also, the North American countries joined
the war and formed the Alliance with the Europeans countries.
By early 1945, Hitler realized that Germany was going to lose the war no
matter what he did. Most of the Nazi officers were either captured or killed and he
had no more soldiers to fight the war. On April 30, 1945, Hitler suicide with his wife
in their bunker under the city of Berlin. And Five days later, on May 7, 1945,
Germany finally surrendered to the Allies.
