One of the main functions of Maintenance Planning Section is management of Major

Turnaround for the site from the initiation, scoping to planning, execution and Start-up
until close out. The section establishes and maintains Companys long term turnaround
plan with the responsibility to lead necessary studies to optimize turnaround intervals.
Maintenance planning is the central function responsible to establish and manage long
term and short term contractor manpower for the site, which are required for routine and
unplanned shutdowns. Handling of lump sum contracts scope during major shutdown is
centrally handled by Maintenance Planning section.
Additional function includes Spare parts planning, asset information update in
Maintenance Management System and managing complete engineering documentation at
central location for the entire site.
