MOTION FOR CLARIFICATION

Today this Court granted in part and denied in part Plaintiff’s motion to quash. In

the Court’s Order, the Court stated that UALR may redact the name of student evaluators.

The undersigned asks for clarification on the matter of redaction, as there were two issues

regarding students’ identities. First, was the issue of students’ identification in

documents. Those can be redacted, as per the Court’s Order. The second issue was

regarding anonymous student comments. The Administration of the University of

Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law indicated that, given that these comments are

anonymous, they could not lead to relevant information because “the law school . . .

do[e]n’t have any way to verify the reliability - or even the truth - of the[m].”

Accordingly, the undersigned requests clarification whether the anonymous, unverified

comments from students are also to be produced.
