Denied without prejudice.
Alphonse Fletcher is directed to submit an affidavit under the penalty of perjury describing: (a)

Davis, Fletcher International, Inc, RF Services, LLC

Dear Judge Gerber,

I understand that Fletcher International, Inc, and RF Services, LLC,
with which I am affiliated, were to object by today to an attachment
from Fletcher International, Ltd. chapter 11 trustee Richard J. Davis.
Further, I understand that the entities must be represented by counsel
in order to appear and participate in court. The entities, however,
have been unable to find counsel willing to appear on their behalf in
this matter. I respectfully request that today's deadline be extended
so the entities may secure appropriate counsel and properly
participate in these proceedings. Thank you for your consideration.
Respectfully yours,
Alphonse Fletcher
