Acknowledgement

Being one of the teacher-trainees, I had always dreamed to finish my

practicum period with good result. As expected, I finally did it. However, it
would be impossible for me to accomplish it if there were not help from others.
Therefore, I would like to take this chance to present my thankfulness to those
who gave me support so far.
Primary, I would like to thank the Royal University of Phnom Penh and the
Institute of Foreign Languages for providing me chance to conduct this
practicum.
Definitely, I would like to express my gratitude to my supervisor, Mr.
Soeung samnang, who actively assisted me with my teaching and some related
problems. He is a helpful and approachable person. Surly, he gave me a lot of
constructive feedbacks and comments about my lesson plans and classroom
management problems. Because of him, I have markedly improved my
teaching and I have become more confident with my teaching.
Next, I would like to thank my associate teacher, Mr. Hieng Kimshour and
Ms. Heng Vechnan, who assisted me with the teaching materials and gave me
some advice and suggestions for my teaching for that particular class. They
alerted me some misbehaves of the students, and shared me some of
problems he encountered in the class, which were very useful for my teaching.
At the same time, I would like to express my appreciation toward all the
trainees who shared their experience with me and those who commented on
my lesson plans. I would like to especially thank to those who allowed me to
observe their classes. With their kindness and aid, I have explored some
strengths and weaknesses about teaching, and I have gathered many good
techniques for my own techniques.
I also want to thank all of my beloved students in class T207. Though it
was not a pleasing impression at the beginning, the students gradually
involved and cooperated actively. Their presence was my motivation, and their
cooperation was indeed my inspiration and strength.
Finally, I will not overlook the support from my family and friends who
have supported me both directly and indirectly. I would like to thank all my
family and friends who kindly listened to my problems and provided me

support and comments for improvement. With their financial and emotional
support, I have the strength to struggle through the obstacles.
