What Creativity is trying to tell you Jonathan Tilley
Every one of us is creative. Creativity is as individual as it is universal. Dictionary meaning
refers to creativity as the ability to make new things or think of new ideas. The speaker says creativity is anything; feeling, love, force, secret, energy, flow, an entity, etc. The creative process has a beginning, middle and end. Creativity is necessary and has its needs. It begins with a thought and the environment the person is in. Creativity needs sacred space. A place where thoughts become things. Creativity needs mistakes. Once something is done, the needs to be shared. Creativity is also cyclical. We are all creative no matter what we are doing.

Creativity in the classroom (in 5 minutes or less) Catherine Thimmesh
We can prepare for the future by being flexible and open. Creativity is the ability to make new things. Creativity is a method of operating. Work with what we have. Look at objects and what it can be turned into. Physical movement. Be open to new possibility. Mix circle with squares and create something out of it. Stop telling students to think out of the box. Ask them what this box could be.
