Nursing and Midwifery Conference

The University of Worcester and NHS partners are proud to accept proposals for our
2016 conference. We hope you will be able to join us.
This call for paper covers research, quality assurance, clinical guidelines, clinical
audits or service evaluation in relation to themes listed below:
Leadership for Practice

Changing Culture
Compassionate Leadership
Motivational Leadership
Values and Behaviours in Leadership
Impacts of Leadership
Resilient Leadership

Submission deadline - Friday 18th September 2015

Submissions should be sent to Esther Dobson (e.dobson@worc.ac.uk) no later than 12pm
Submissions should be no more than one side of A4 and should include:
A title of the proposed paper
Abstract (word limit etc)
Author(s) details (Full name, title, place of work/study if applicable and a brief biography)
The abstracts will be reviewed by a panel and the announcement of selected abstracts will
be made no later than the 5th October 2015. Presentations will typically be 20 minutes with
10 minutes for questions.
PLEASE NOTE: If your proposal is accepted, you will need to pay for your attendance
but this will be at a reduced rate.
