You are serving some consecutive sentences and concurrent sentences also? No. he situation is « mess, right? T’m serving all concurrent sentences. Okay. They were received not at the same time, let’s put it that way? Yes. Assault 1*, Assault 2°4, and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 3+ Degree, two counts, right? I served about 100 -- eight years and two months. Okay. Well, you are a violent guy out there, you are shooting people, slashing people’s faces. There has been violence around you. Is that fair to say? Yes. Okay. Now, you have lost all available good time credit, that is why you are still here talking to the Parole Board, when you were expected to be released long ago. All right. They have taken away your good time credit, because your disciplinary record is not good. There hav been some problems, assaultive behavior, fighting, other things. What would you like to tell us today, that would convince us that you should be paroled right now? ‘There is nothing that I can say to convince you to parole me. All right. I get released in June anyway. Well, if you are not paroled, you are scheduled for a max date and CR date, which is the same, in June, right? Yes. Are you having any problems with anybody in the community, that would lead to any problems or confrontations? I don’t know, ma’am, One of my cases was a homicide, one was a shooting, I don’t know. BY COMMISSIONER CLARKE: Q Good luck, Mr. Tyree. Thank you. TYREE, GARLAND 9545921 6 DECISION Parole denied, hold to maximum expiration date of sentence. Parole is again denied. You continue to serve four sentences upon your convictions for Assault 2%, two counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3 and also Assault 1* Degree. These crimes involved you shooting a female victim in the foot, shooting a male victim and causing his death and also slashing the faces of other inmates while on the transport bus. Your disciplinary record has been poor while incarcerated and you have lost all available good time credit. Clearly, you are not an acceptable candidate for release. If CR occurs, Special Conditions: I will seek, obtain and maintain employment and/or an academic/vocational progra to substance abuse t g as directed by the parole off abide by a curfew established by the parole officer, 1 will parti ipate in anti-aggression/anti-violence counseling as directed by the parole officer.
