Defence save where the same consists of admissions.

3. In reply to paragraph 6 of the Defence, it is admitted that the Plaintiff had

not completed the work set out therein. The Plaintiff, however avers that
the reason was that the Defendant has failed to supply the materials required
to the Plaintiff as agreed in clause _______ of the Contract.

4. Paragraphs 7 to 9 of the Defence are denied.

5. The Plaintiff repeats his Statement of Claim and Reply herein.
