At this time the manager, Angel Mrabal, approached the window and stated, "He doesn’t want to serve you because you are a police officer.” Mitabal was referring to Davenport and referenced hint by looking at Davenport. Atthis time, Davenport had notprocessed my credit card and had to be ordered to 1o so, by Mirabal. | explaied to Mirabal that this made me extremely uncomfortable and 1ow wasn't certain I wanted to dine at the restaurant.
